Alitalia Boeing 747-243B I-DEMF 'Baci'; utilizing the payware CLS model (747-200 GE). An excellent rendintion of this classic heavy, with lots of detail and animation. A huge thanks to Massimo Grassi, who gave generous consent for me to utilize his textures for this repaint, it is as much his as mine. This repaint is compatible with either FS9 or FSX, and includes the texture config file for FSX. Repaint by Michael Pearson.

| Wing Views for the Project Opensky Boeing 747-200 |

File Description:
Here are some wing views for the POSKY 747-200, I think such a brilliant aircraft deserves a nice set of wings. These views are my earliest set in the boeing series, they include working control surfaces and dynamic sheen (thanks to POSKY). They work with addon panels but I recommend the 747-200 panel by Massimo Grassi. Just be sure to read the read-me file for installation instructions and enjoy the views!!

Portions of I-DEMF 'Baci' and I-DEMS 'Bulgari' are credited to Massimo Grassi, who allowed me to use his textures about ten years ago for CLS 747 repaints. Here are a set of wing views for two of the worlds true workhorses of our airline industry. These views are designed to work with the SGA/FFX 737-300/400, (another fine aircraft thanks to the talented people from SGA/FFX) They do require addon panels in order to work, I use the (737pan.zip) by Massimo Grassi, I believe he is one of the top panel authors, and his panel is fantastic, please check read-me for install. | Thompson CYTH in northern Manitoba, Canada |

File Description:
Thompson is a city with around 13,000 inhabitants, located in northern Manitoba beside the Burntwood River. It serves as the administration centre for a large area of Manitoba and has industrial activities centred around mining and the processing of mined products. The version of the airport upon which this modification is based is the original posting in 2004 by CanUK Scenery. I would have made new buildings and a totally new scenery but I have the same problem as Sid and Pete in their later Thompson scenery: almost no photos!?! The update modifies the short end of the mainly gravel runway to asphalt (it was upgraded because it is regularly used as a taxiway) and also adds a later (2010?) gravel taxiway. The other ground modifications add allocated parking spots for fire fighting CL415 planes that are in the new AI, plus a lot more ga parking. You should already have some AI that includes Calm Air to see CYTH as it really is, the HQ of Calm Air. There are other additions including car parks and the usual sundry bits and pieces that inhabit every airfield. The CL415's with Manitoba textures are adaptations of what were originally Ontario planes and included with my post of Geraldton, not the most recent post in 2013, the one in 2007. If you don't have the planes get them from my Geraldton post. The AI version was made from the original piloted version which was by Massimo Taccoli. The AI helicopter was included in my post of Alma CYTF.

FS2002 Benchmark v.2.0 permette di verificare le prestazioni grafiche di Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 (FS2002). Questa esigenza è nata perché FS2002 ha un motore grafico particolarmente complesso e quindi può risultare lento anche su PC di ultima generazione, specialmente se si usano le impostazioni grafiche al massimo dettaglio. Effettuando dei test e confrontandoli con altri utenti si può finalmente definire una configurazione ideale per far funzionare al meglio FS2002. Già la precedente versione permetteva di pubblicare i risultati creando due file che contenevano dettagliatamente i risultati del benchmark. Inoltre erano state definite le modalità con cui dovevano essere eseguiti i test perché questi fossero pubblicati. Ma rimaneva un problema: non c’era nessuna garanzia che i test pubblicati fossero stati fatti con le modalità definite nella documentazione. Quindi gli utenti che pubblicavano i loro risultati potevano anche “barare” omettendo dettagli grafici per velocizzare il benchmark. Ora non più!
La novità introdotta in questa versione è la “certificazione” dei risultati. Ora l’autenticità dei risultati viene garantita da un complesso sistema di certificazione. Ma come avviene questo processo? FS2002 Benchmark v.2.0 crea in automatico degli screenshots riguardanti le impostazioni di FS2002 e li associa ai risultati dei test attraverso un file che ne garantisce l’autenticità. Qualsiasi modifica successiva ad uno dei files creati, inibisce la certificazione. In questo modo, i risultati dei test sono corredati dagli screenshots dei settaggi di FS2002 ed è proprio FS2002 Benchmark v.2.0 che ce ne garantisce l’autenticità!
