1. Open PMDG Operation Center
2. Go to PMDG 737NGX
3. Check Livery Manager
4. Click on "Click To Add" button in the right corner
5. Load URPSL by vvp/URPSK by vvp/URPSK by vvp/URPSI by vvp.ptp (Order is not mandatory)
6. Replace all the .ini files given in archive in - FlightSimMainFolder\PMDG\PMDG 737 NGX\Aircraft [!]MANDATORY[!]
7. Happy flights :)

Once you have installed the livery, you should find the aircraft in it's original configuration just like in the real aircraft. (I've been to the cockpit of this aircraft and configured the TC-SUL for the NGX just like the way the real aircraft looks like). For further information please check the 'Read Me' file.
