This is one of Air Lambert USA's Boeing 757-200’s, N780AL, Pride of Cancun. It is based at SFO (San Francisco, USA) in a two class layout and flies to destinations all over the USA and Mexico. This particular aircraft was delivered to Air Lambert USA in June 2005 and is ex US Airways. Air Lambert is a successful Virtual Airline with bases at LGW (London Gatwick, UK), MAN (Manchester, UK), EDI (Edinburgh, UK) and a USA division based at SFO (San Francisco, USA). File Description:
The Convair with cn 52-24, build as a Convair T-29D (240-52), entered the US Air Force in 1954. She later was converted to VT-29D standards and assigned to the Strategic Air Command where she got the typical blue band covered with white stars and SAC insignia on the rear fuselage. In January 1975 she was stored at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. On November 23, 1977 the aircraft was bought by Allied Aircraft Sales and broken up. Textures and associated model file included only. Requires cv240VBFmilitary_basepack_010.ZIP. File Description:
Arizona Airways DC 3 repaint on base textures by Mark Beaumont of DC 3 Air (thanks). This repaint was created to be part of the DC 3 virtual Airways Regional Routes of the 1930's and 1940's. Arizona Airways was sold to the group which became Frontier Airlines. The textures started out to be an exact duplicate of the early aircraft, but I started "imagining" variations. The original isn't too much different.
