This is an Update for the original install that is also Good for First Time Installation.
*These textures are for the Aerosim Classic Airliners Volume #2 payware package.
UPDATE FEATURES ARE:

Lockheed F-104A/B Starfighter (Pakistani Air Force), aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It (in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. Late examples served until 2004, nearly fifty years after its introduction. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-104A/B in the service of the Pakistani Air Force; with a total of 6 models and 24 repaints. I am also including some optional variants with manual install instructions, on a separate document in the zip file. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre.

Royal Danish Air Force Lockheed F-104G Starfighter, aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Widowmaker, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It; in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart, as nicknamed by the Canadians. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. This package represents the F-104G in the service of the Royal Danish Air Force; with a total of 12 models and 32 repaints; and additionally represents the Canadair CF-104s used by Denmark. This package represents the Lockheed F-104G and Canadair CF-104 (new model) in the service of the Royal Norwegian Air Force; with a total of 22 models and 41 repaints. I am also including some optional variants with separate manual install instructions. Lastly, this package includes a small fix for one model in my Danish Starfighter package (mpai_f104g_rdaf.zip). File Description:
A memorial to a once great airline. This livery graced the TWA L-1011 from 1980 to 1995. Trans World Airlines closed its doors in 2000 after 75 years of service. Another of the original great airlines succumbed to the corporate greed of wall street and the incompetence of upper level management.
This file contains textures only for the beautiful Gmax model by Mike Stone. The wings, pylon, windows and engine textures are completely new to this model and better represent the look of the real aircraft. All textures contain a mix of 32 bit 888-8 and DXT3 formats with no mips, to insure clarity with minimal loss of frame rates plus custom alphas for realistic reflections.

The planes were operated by the Grupo de Aviación No.2 (Caza) with base a
