Bell 427 V2.0 - Panel and lights FIX

File Description:
I would like to thank to our friend Aldo (co author of VFR on Lario Project) who rang the bell and noticed some annoying issues:

a) I missed the default FS9 lights! A friend of mine was testing some details in the aircraft.cfg file and I have forgotten to rename the lights. If you have A2A Shockwave lights, leave the lights as they are in the aircraft.cfg. I don't have this wonderful addon, so I have the same problem!
b) When I was testing some different panel layouts, I lost my mind and I did not changed the correct call for the panel. If you're curious, in the aircraft.cfg file, all liveries call a panel named "crystal"; which of course does not exist. This cause that no panel would be loaded... I am sorry.

However, everything can be fixed and this is the solution for both issues.

LYKV - Morava Airport - Kraljevo, Serbia

File Description:
Morava Airport (Serbian: Aerodrom Morava) (ICAO: LYKV), also known as Ladjevci Airport, is a part public and part military airport in Ladjevci near the city of Kraljevo, Serbia. Upon construction of the new civilian terminal, the airport has been divided into two distinct parts. The airbase for the Serbian Air Force has kept the name Ladjevci whereas the new civilian terminal bears the name Morava Airport.

Niederrhein-Düsseldorf Airport

File Description:
Scenery for the new Niederrhein-Düsseldorf airport. The airport used to be RAF Laarbruch, but after it was retired by the UK, it has been turned into a Civil Passenger and Freight airport. The airport is located in the German province of Northrhein-Westfalen, very close to the border with the Netherlands. Main airline operating from the airport is Ryanair, with 3 flights daily to London Stansted.

LBBG - Burgas Airport - Bulgaria

File Description:
Burgas LBBG is Bulgaria's second largest airport. It is situated on the Black Sea coast in southern Bulgaria. The airport handles more than 2.3 million passengers every year. I have reworked the airport from the FSX stock airport using ADE. Modifying the parking and adding generic buildings. I think it is technically realistic, although the added buildings just give the airport a better look for simmers.

File Description:
SKSC Los Comuneros airport is located at Socorro, Santander, Colombia. This is an airport that was not present on FSX; it is a small airport that is used by small aircraft even though it is not listed on the airport charts at the Areonautica Civil de Colombia it is still used and its code is FR36988. This file has the right coordinates and characteristics of the airport.

Mega Airport Memmingen (EDJA/FMM), Germany

File Description: Memmingen Airport (EDJA) is located 100km West of Munich in Southern Germany. Several airlines operate out of the airport including Ryanair, Hapag-Lloyd Express, and Air Berlin. It's a small public airport. One of 4 airports in Bavaria with commercial air service and it has the highest elevation of all of Germany's commercial airports. Prior to 2008-09-25, it was known as Allgäu Airport/Memmingen. The airport not only serves Memmingen and the Allgäu area but also provides a low-cost alternative to Munich Airport. This scenery is developed for FS2004 and updates the airport with new buildings and textures, along with the correct runway and taxiway dimensions and lighting.
