North American P-51D Mustang "Ridge Runner III"

File Description:
This is a photoreal repaint for Warwick Carter's P-51D Mustang Ver. 2. "Ridge Runner III" N151DM, owned by Dan Martin, first served with the 9th AF, 354th FG, 356th Fighter Squadron coded AJ R, during WWII. Then, after serving with Sweden, Nicaragua, and El Salvador, the aircraft was purchased by Dan, begining restoration in 1974, and being flown regulary ever since. Dan has also raced the aircraft at Reno numerous times, shortly reaching speeds in the 470's, unheard of for a stock airframe! The original "Ridge Runner III" was flown by Mustang ace Maj. Pierce W. McKennon.

P-51D 52nd FG Italy, QP-Q "Marie"

File Description:
P-51D-20 44-13298 52nd FG 2nd FS, coded QP-Q, nicknamed "Marie", was assigned to Lt. Freddie Ohr (the only Korean ace in the USAAF). A/c was lost on 8th December 1944, (MACR #10132) with Lt. Paul C. Keyser MIA over Austria. Repaint of the Shockwave WWII Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on paintkit by John Terrell.

FSD Piaggio P.180 Avanti - Lullaby Sky Texture

File Description:
I painted the FSD Avanti in the Lullaby Sky texture, similar to an earlier repaint I made, by request. I thought others might like it, so I've uploaded it. You must own a licensed copy of the FSD Avanti to use this texture. It should work with the FSD Avanti load manager. This repaint was made with the FSD Avanti paintkit and is subject to all of the rights and regulations therein. I hope you enjoy it, as the FSD Avanti is a wonderful plane to fly.

Puzzle - Col Paye's P-40 at Temora, 2006.

File Description:
One of the few (if not the only one) P-40's still flying in Australia. Col Paye's beautiful aeroplane at one of the flying displays at Temora, 2006. The puzzle runs straight from the file - installation is not required and nor are any additional files. A ReadMe with the simple instructions is included. 450 pieces.

P-51D 506th FG/462nd FS #602 "Meatball"

File Description:
P-51D-20 44-72550 #602 was assigned to Lts Balhorn and Treacy of the 462nd FS, based on Iwo Jima in 1945. "Meatball", like most 462nd FS Mustangs, displays the squadron insignia, designed by pilot Bob Torgerson. Repaint of the Shockwave WWII Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on paintkit by John Terrell.

P-51D 359th FG IV-X "X-terminator"

File Description:
P-51D 44-14218 was the aircraft flown by Captain Grant M Perrin of the 369th FS. This particular aircraft was written off after a groundloop on the 27th of March, being flown by Lt. Tannenbaum. This repaint shows it in the colours of november 1944. Repaint for the Shockwave Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.

P-51D 363rd FS/ 357th FG "Isabel III"

File Description:
RNZAF pilot Flt.Lt.Jack Cleland served with the 363rd FS of the 357th FG between july and september 1944 as an exchange pilot. He flew several missions, including one of the Russion shuttle missions. His aircraft was 44-13537. but it's registration is less clear. B6-B/bar is the version that was used on a repaint of ZK-TAF "Miss Torque" in New Zealand in the '90s. B6-V is the version that is on display in the RAF museum. I've included both versions in this package. P-51D 52nd FG QP-V "Cathy II"

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D Mustang, representing 44-13428 QP-V "Cathy II" as flown by Capt.John B. Lawler of the 2nd FS/ 52nd FG from Madna, Italy in july 1944.. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kit by John Terrell. It should work in both FSX and FS9.

KNIL-ML P-51K N3-609 (early livery)

File Description:
N3-609 was delivered to the Dutch East Indies Army (Air Forces) om 9 May 1945 and assigned to the yellow patrol of Nr.121 Squadron. A year later the aircraft was moved from their original base in Australia at Bundaberg to Tjililitan (near Batavia, now Jakarta) in the Dutch East Indies (what it now Indonesia) for use against separatists. The aircraft was later renumbered H-309 when the Dutch armed forces introduced a standard numbering scheme for all aircraft (which is still in use today). At the independence of Indonesia the aircraft was handed over the the newly formed Indonesian airforce (AURI, now TNI-AU) where she entered service as F-309. This livery is typical for the first period, later the Dutch flags were replaced by the now familiar Dutch roundels and the registration number moved from its position on nose and tail to a single large number on the rear fuselage. This livery required the Wings Of Power P-51D to be installed.
