The fourth of the coming P-166 aircraft series. I'm going to built the whole family of these graceful twins.
The Piaggio P-166A is a light small twin. An Exotic two-engined prop that sold all over the world including America, UK, and Australia. The BL2 version has some great improvements with respect to the older series: the new IGSO-540A1C engine pulls the aircraft at top speeds up to 180 Kts and performs great at high altitudes due to injected fuel. Comes with longer re-modelled nose for greater aerodynamics that lets install new advanced avionics. The larger tiptanks improve greatly the plane's range. The First BL2 is dated 1975. Its origin is traced Back to the Piaggio P-136, a light anphibian, wich the P-166 keeps the wings, the engines and the tailplanes. The first P-166A flew in November 1957. The aircraft is still in production in a slightly modified turboprop version, the P-166D-P1. This model is 788 Kbs with c.a. 23000 polygons in c.a.170 assemblies. This folder contains a repaint for the 'P-51D-5-NA Little Friends' package of the Warbirdsim P-51D Mustang in the colors of P-51D-5 #44-13859 KI-S as flown by Lt Walter Mullins of Fort Worth, Texas, while flying with the 55th FS/20th FG, based in Kingscliffe UK. Lt Mullins was killed while on a training flight on 18 october 1944, when he crashed into the North Sea.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kit by Warbirdsim.

Currently flying the P-3 Orions, they will receive the P-8 since all P3s are to be replaced. This is not fictional but instead my rendering of what it may look like. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. his folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of the aircraft flown by Lt.Col Harvey E Henderson of Taylor TX of the 503rd FS, 339th FG, P-51D 44-14587 D7-A "Pee Wee Peckerwood". Lt.Col. Henderson became a POW on 5 December 1944 in P-51D 44-15520 D7-#. This a/c was lost on 27 November 1944 with Lt. Felix J Girone being killed in action. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

| P-51D 531st FS Iwo Jima '313 |

File Description:
P-51D 44-63934 was assigned to 1Lt John F. Galbraith. He joined the 531st FS/21st FG when he was flying p-39's in Hawaii, and converted to the P-38 and P-51. He was credited with killing nine Japanese soldiers on Iwo Jima during the 26 March 1945 banzai raid, before being wouded. He soon returned to the squadron and began flying VLR (very long range) missions. He most vividly recalls strafing Japanese ships that were closing in on a American submarine. He said he flew '313' because everybody else in the 531st FS was too superstitious to go near it. Repaint for the Shockwave WWII Fighters Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on paintkit by John Terrell.

| Instructions for building a replacement USB-DB15 Dongle for MS Sidewinder Joysticks |

File Description: My neighbor recently gave me a Microsoft SideWinder Precison Pro Joystick. Unfortuately, they had lost the DB15 to USB dongle (photo of dongle on the left)that connected the joystick to the USB port. This zip file contains a word document (.doc) which describes how you can build an equivalent dongle for just a few dollars. A parts list, photos of the completed assembly and a wiring diagram are included. Some elementary skill with a soldering iron is required. Please note that this replacement will not convert your old joystick into a digital model. It only works with MS Part No X03-57540 and equivalent. However the instructions do list a source for an encoder which proports to do exactly that.
