Deicing of a static aircraft (improved deicing vehicles)
Grass cutting tractors
Snowplows animated and static (added "modern" snowplow and improved older type)
semi random smoke.
All the above have improved "logic" and will appear in the sim when weather conditions are appropriate. eg - grass cutting May-Sept on fine days only.

Essential for this and other SODE based scenery to work, is "SODE" SIM OBJECT DISPLAY ENGINE.
Addition of "modern" plows, improved "appearance" logic, two locations for de-icing.
