This is a repaint for the stellar A2A Simulations Cessna 172R. This repaint is real yet semi-fictional; the real aircraft this paint is based on is a 172M, s/n: 17262869, manufactured in 1974. The real aircraft currently makes it's home in Burlington, Ontario.

| Air Canada DC-8 Operating Manual |

File Description:
These are scans from an old Air Canada DC-8 manual. There are four chapters:
Chapter 2 - Normal Operation, which includes Takeoff through Approach and Landing procedures.
Chapter 4 - Performance, which includes performance charts for DC-8-40 (RR Conway), DC-8-50 (JT3D-3), DC-8-61 (JT3D-3) and DC-8-63 (JT3D-7).
Chapter 20 - Flight Instruments, which includes detailed descriptions and schematics of the pitot static system, gyrosyn compass system, and a flight director approach diagram.
Chapter 21 - Automatic Flight Control System, which includes descriptions and a schematic of the autopilot system, as well as a description of autothrottle operation (Air Canada had some DC-8-63s with autothrottle).
These are the only chapters I have, so don't bother asking for more!

This package contains five simple repaints for Lynn and Bill Lyons' excellent Travel Air TAMO. Two are based on aircraft currently flying and three are totally fictional; all are intended to protray the planes as they would have appeared in the late 1930s. These repaints were created and distributed with the knowledge, encouragement, and permission of Bill Lyons.

File Description:
Here is an improved version of the stock Painted Post Airport. It was a grass strip in FSX but has been paved in real life with paved taxiways. I completely revamped the airport, moving the runway, adding taxiways, runway markings and lights. I added buildings, an apron with GA parking, static planes and vehicles. I removed some trees from both ends of the runway.

| TACAN Replacements - Australia |

File Description:
By default, all of the TACAN navigational aids present within FSX have the bearing component turned off, so as to properly represent the real world result of tuning in the DME component of a TACAN with a civilian plane. However, this limits their functionality when you wish to use them in conjunction with an aircraft (generally military) equipped with a representation of a functioning TACAN system.
This scenery download contains 9 adjusted/changed navigational aids for Australia to represent nearly all currently active TACAN stations.
Scenery was created after receiving a request from a fellow AVSIM forum member currently posted at RAAF Pearce. Enjoy & good luck!
