This is a modified AFCAD for Soesterberg Air Base in the Netherlands. Next to the Dutch Air Force this base was also used by the US Air Force and the section where they were stationed was named Camp New Amsterdam. Runway 9-27 for take-off and landings. Due to budget cuts in the Dutch Army, the Air Base closed in November 2008

This airport was designed with the latest version of ADE (v1.47.07) and designed to complement my Freight Dog Summer 2010 flightplans including: Ameristar, Royal Air Freight, C&M Century Airlines, Alliance Air Charter, Northern Air Cargo, Kalitta Charters II, Sierra West (Pak West), Cherry Air, USA Jet, and Contract Cargo. Additionally, supports FedEx, UPS and Air Transport International cargo ops. Features expanded cargo parking including the new FedEx cargo area north of the terminal building. Taxiways and taxi signs have been corrected.

They are flying to many destinations in Europe including e.g. Spain, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Moldova, Romania, Greece, Great Britain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the Baltic countries. They also have a few flights outside Europe to Lebanon, Cyprus, Israel, Dubai and Libya.
