B737-400, B777-300 Virtual Cockpit Lighting Fix |
![]() |
File Description:
I`ve made this fix for those who like night landing on default B737,747,777.
I think it was too much lighting in B737-400 virtual cockpit so I reduced and changed color of light. Also I fixed VC lighting in B777-300(it was too dark), now it looks more bright. Hope someone will like it.

Allakaket 6A8 Runway and Taxiway Lighting in Alaska |
![]() |
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Allakaket is on the Koyukuk River in Alaska, 40 miles southwest of Bettles. This posting adds proper runway and taxiway lighting to the scenery, as shown in the screenshots. There will be lights on top of traffic cones visible during the day, just as there are at Allakaket in real life so that pilots can still see them after a snowfall. At night there will be lit lights that properly illuminate the runway for landing, and at a lower level of brightness the taxiway. Put the bgl's into the existing scenery folder of your Allakaket 6A8 installation and say yes to replace the existing bgl's that have the same names. Add the texture bmp's to the texture folder. That's all, and in fact you could try it without the textures in the Allakaket 6A8 texture folder, but read on. Instal the Library objects once and for all by placing the CONTENTS of the Lighting Library scenery folder in your static objects scenery folder and the CONTENTS of the texture folder in the static objects texture folder (which is how I install scenery objects libraries). Alternatively, put them in the scenery and texture folders of your Add on scenery folder, or even in the main scenery and texture folders. They just have to be in related scenery and texture folders that are always active when FS9 is running. There will be further retro upgrades to other recent scenery that was posted with temporary lighting. Say thank you to Greg Putz for making the lighting.

Anaktuvuk PAKP Runway and Taxiway Lighting in Alaska |

Anaktuvuk is in Alaska, and this posting adds proper runway and taxiway lighting to the scenery, as shown in the screenshots. Put the bgl's into the existing scenery folder of your previous Anaktuvuk PAKP installation and say yes to replace the existing bgl's that have the same names. They just have to be in related scenery and texture folders that are always active when FS9 is running. If you do all this and there are no textures to the lights then put the library textures into the Anaktuvuk texture folder too; FS9 has done some strange things while I was making scenery so I would never rule out a possibility.
There will be further retro upgrades to other recent scenery that was posted with temporary lighting. Say thank you to Greg Putz for making the lighting.

Galena PAGA Runway and Taxiway Lighting in Alaska |
![]() |
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Galena is in Alaska, and this posting adds proper runway lighting to the gravel runway that is used in the winter by light planes on skis, and because of that is not cleared of snow; unfortunately a gravel surface that gets snow covered in winter cannot be replicated in FS9. There are also taxiway lights visible during the day and at night there will be lit taxiway lights. I did not attempt to replicate the complicated main runway lighting which is well covered anyway by FS9. First of all, download and install the Library Objects once and for all from either the Allakaket Lights or Anaktuvuk Lights postings earlier this week. Then put these new bgl's into the existing scenery folder of your previous Galena PAGA installation and say yes to replace the existing bgl's that have the same names. Add the texture folder contents to the existing texture folder as they are required for the red warning lights at the ends of the gravel runway. There will be further retro upgrades to other recent scenery that was posted with temporary lighting. Say thank you to Greg Putz for making the lighting.

File Description:
Nenana is in Alaska, and already posted here. This posting adds proper runway lighting to the two runways and also includes taxiway lights. Both runway and taxiway lights are visible during the day and at night there will be properly lit runway and taxiway lights. First of all, download and install the Library Objects once and for all from either the Allakaket Lights or Anaktuvuk Lights postings earlier this month. Put the bgl's into the existing scenery folder of your previous Nenana PANN installation and say yes to replace the existing bgl's that have the same names. Put the textures into the existing texture folder. There will be further retro upgrades to other recent scenery that was posted with temporary lighting. Meljet Boeing 777 Advanced Panel (Night Lighting Tweak) |
![]() |
File Description:
This is a very minor Tweak to the very excellent panel by Jorge"Eko" Salas.
This will help those pilots who like me found the panel extremely hard to read during night flying. The panel configuration will change nothing except the light level on the panel to something a little easier to see.

Updated night lighting for Airbus A320 and A321 |
![]() |
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This an OPTIONAL night light upgrade for the Project Airbus A320 and A321 and includes reshaped and brightened engine landing light reflection. Most important and noticeable upgrade is the wing lights (due to FS limitations, these will turn on with the landing lights, however in real life -depending on airline SOP and pilot preference- these are turned on with the landing lights for takeoff and landing so the effect of doing this is the similar). Wing lights illuminate down wing reflection and the sharklets are also illuminated. I've also now added light reflection on the standard wingtip fence. NOTE: For the FS9 models only but it does work in FSX. A318 and A319 update will come at a later date however, you can simply change the name of the wing and engine texture files to make them work. Textures only, you need the freeware Project Airbus A320 or A321 and any livery you wish to use this on to work.
