File Description: Ilyushin Il-86 for AI Traffic. This MCX conversion of the FS9 RATS model is only compatible with P3Dv4.5/P3Dv5.2. The models have PBR texturing and numerous other P3Dv4/5 upgrades. This package includes seven models and 52 repaints representing the Il-86 jetliner and Il-87 military variants. Permission for conversion kindly given by Sergey Bunevich on behalf of the Russian AI Traffic System Team. Please read documentation for instructions and additional credits. Original aircraft by RATS, MCX and RADiator utilities by Arno Gerretsen, MCX conversion by Michael Pearson. Permission to include cached repaints given by Christian Gold. File Description:
Repaint of Samdim's beautiful model in realistic weathered Aeroflot 90's livery used for secondary national destinations. New markings are painted over the old communist ones which are still subtly visible in parts due to wear. This TU-114 has seen decades of service and is still going strong!

Aero Shell De Havilland DH.114 Heron

File Description:
Do you remember the old Airfix 1/72 scale model, with the picture on the box cover showing a red nosed DH-114 Heron taking off from a SHELL oil field? When I saw Dee Waldron's great little Flight Sim Heron, I just had to repaint that plane in the Aero Shell livery. This is a great AI plane to have flying around in "oil rich" areas like Venezuela, Borneo, Malaysia. I am talking about the nineteen fifties and sixties, when these planes were often used to fly personnel to remote oil fields. These are textures only. The aircraft required is the AI DH-114-2B (Gypsy Queen engined variant) by Dee Waldron.
