T-38A Talon Afterburner Effects

File Description:
Afterburner effects for FSD T-38A Talon to be flown in FS2004. Revised from 2002 version, still uses "afterburner" key. This version has XML control of flaptip and wingtip vortices, and "burner" smoke with optional "whooom" sound at ignition of afterburner. New afterburner flames w/panel indicator. Runway tire marks w/ optional "chirp" sound. Custom contrail (very long). Custom jet startup effects w/ optional "heat" shimmer. Installation is manual but easy. W/aircraft.cfg info for optional speed increase (Mach 1.5). "Whooom" sound is in separate D/L, look for WHOOM_FX.zip.

Harrier VSTOL/Effects Control Gauges

File Description:
This archive contains addon's for Adam Preece' GR.7 Harrier aircraft, which IMHO is the best visual Harrier model available at this time: 1. New flight dynamics, seperately animated nozzles and flaps, and a VSTOL control gauge, enabling a stable VSTOL operation (vertical landing/takeoff) with auto-pitch control, whilst maintaining realistic normal-flight characteristics. 2. A set of gauge-controlled effects, like engine heat/smoke (backwards or downwards, depending on nozzles position), a visible/audible cannon, and wing vapor / wingtip vortex effects. And more ....A real must-try for Harrier fans. See included README for further details.

Boeing 737-400 V.1

File Description:
BOEING 737-400 PANEL Version 1. for FS2004. This panel was rearranged from existing panels. The background bitmaps are put together from many real panel pictures. All the main gauges (throttle quadrant, radio stack, overhead panel) are displayed on the main panel. Landing, taxi, logo, panel, strobe, bcn and nav light switches, pitot heat, yaw damper, wing ice, oil temp and exhaust gas temp gauges, no smoking and seatbelt switches, auto start and engine start buttons can all be viewed on the overhead panel that is on the main panel. Some custom gauges created by Paul Golding. Fly in 1024 resolution or higher.

BAe / RJ V.2

File Description:
BAe/RJ PANEL Version 2. for FS2004. This panel was repainted on an original photograph with updating the gauges. I would like to extend my gratitude to Matthias Lieberecht for giving me the permission to use some of his gauges. All the main gauges (throttle quadrant, radio stack, overhead panel) are displayed on the main panel. Landing, taxi, logo, panel, strobe, beacon and nav light switches, pitot heat, yaw damper, wing ice, OAT Temp., no smoking and seatbelt switches, auto start button can all be viewed on the overhead panel that is on the main panel. Fly in 1024 resolution or higher. Have a nice flight.

Nick's Jet Smoke UPDATE

File Description:
The smoke files in this update are an option to the original Nick's Jet Smoke effects. Given the overwhelming positive response to the original effects and requests for better visibility of the thrust, the files included have been enhanced around the exhaust port area to highlight the initial heat and thrust being expelled from the engine while in flight. You must have the original Nick's Jet Smoke effects package in order for the included smoke effects to be throttle controlled. This update includes some known issue fixes and a corrected B747-400 aircraft configuration file. The files included will directly replace the original effects without any additions or configuration file editing.

Central African Airways, Vickers Viscount 700 circa 1960

File Description: This V.748D (C/N 101) was built for CAA as VP-YND and first flew on Thursday, 14 June 1956. It was the first Viscount to visit Vnukovo, Moscow, USSR on 29 June 1956 and was sent to collect the British Industry delegation who had attended the Soviet Aviation day celebrations. R M A Mweru was passed on to Air Rhodesia when CAA was disolved in 1965. It was shot down by a 'Strella' heat seeking surface to air (SAM) missile after take off from Kariba, Rhodesia 12 February 1979. You need Rick Piper's Vickers Viscount 700 model which you can download at: http://www.cbfsim.org/cbfsim/cbfs_lib/displayimage.php?album=9&pos=0. Repaint by Andre Reimers.

POSKY 757-200/300 See and Click More Gauges in Virtual Cockpit

File Description:
POSKY 757-200 and 757-300 are great planes to fly. But the Virtual Cockpit has some limitations, due to the design of the model itself. These set of instructions can`t modify this... but you can have a few more gauges in the Virtual Cockpit if you follow them.
