File Description:
Douglas DC-3 Aeroejecutivos, registration YV-440C and named Caballo
Viejo (Old Horse), was one of the Aeroejecutivos aircraft, for charter
and touristical flights inside the venezuelan territory. Actually rest
at the Caracas Airport, waiting its finally destiny. Based on repaint
templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this
texture set in the Aeroejecutivos livery requires the base DC-3 package
available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at
www.maam.org. Requires previous installation of OY-BPB C-47 package
(BPB_FS9.ZIP). Installation instructions are included.

Re-upload. The files in this package contain a new 153m (LOD08) terrain mesh for Nunavut, Canada ( and northern part of Northwest Territories) to use with FS2002 and FS2004. The source data is GeoBase (CDED1 : 250 000). All data were compiled and edited in MicroDEM 7.01 alpha and resampled to LOD08 (Level of Details), or 152.88 meters horizontal resolution, with the Microsoft Terrain Software Developer's Kit (SDK) utilities. Here is your opportunity to explore the Wine Country of Northern Chile with stopovers at four delightful GA airfields (SCAD-SCMI-SCOV-SCVN) enhanced by Cesar Carrasco. Along the way you will enjoy some very beautiful scenery. This package includes revised Afcads for the airports and a small Traffic file using default aircraft plus a challenge to find an observatory which I have added. Please read the documentation for further details. Designed to work with the default FS2004 scenery, no additional mesh is required. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder and follow the simple installation instructions which are in .doc and .pdf formats. This is a scratch built full 3D sound set for Manfred Jahn & Team's wonderful C-47 Skytrain package. While flying the C-47 in the sim I felt there was some room left to improve the engine sounds. And what started as messing around with parameters ended up in me composing an entirely new sound set starring the Pratt & Whitney R-1830.
The sound set attempts to push the boundaries of what is possible in FSX/P3D. If you fly the C-47 in a realistic manner, this sound set will provide a realistic sound environment. No less than 17 samples are used per engine in order to recreate the external sound environment (everything 44,1KHz high quality audio) while making extensive use of sound cones to cover all the angles. In fact this sound set uses source material from 4 real life C-47As.
All of the aforementioned results in a "study level" sound set that hopes to do justice to the real thing.
