Satellite Assisted Landing System Version 9

File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: Satellite Assisted Landing System, v9 (SALS). Using satellite data, this gauge provides glidepath/glideslope guidance into all runways inside the FS world. Approach heading and glideslope indicators are displayed during the landing phase in a fashion similar to those used with ILS and requires the same piloting techniques to keep the needles centered. Because SALS has the ability to guide an aircraft to both ends of a runway, every airport including grass strips and seaplane bases can be accessed with a high level of landing precision. In case of missed approaches, backcourse guidance is provided during climbout. Panel or separate window installation. Includes SALS icon gauge and Word doc with illustrated design parameters. CYAZ Tofino, B.C. for Version 2

File Description:
CHANGES IN V2: 1. The trees I used in V1 use the hard winter textures when they should be using the regular winter textures. This results in the added trees being covered in snow while the rest of the trees are not. It looked too weird. I replaced them with a different set of trees. The new trees will sometimes appear darker than the default trees due to shading, but they will at least display the correct seasonal textures. It's not perfect, but it's an improvement. 2. The default windsock ended up unders the added trees, so I moved it. V1 of this scenery is not required.

Bardenas Reales Firing Range Version 1.0

File Description:
Photorealistic scenery of the Firing Range of Bardenas Reales, in Navarra, Spain, close to LEZG ( N42º10.6',W1º28.0'). Created on 1951, this range was the practice area for air to surface weapons for the spanish air force pilots of EF18M, F1M, F5M and AV8 harriers. Usually is used for other allied forces like USAF F16. Actually the use of the firing range is decreasing @ 20% of the full capacity of 100 operations by day. Only textures 4.75 m/pixel, we recomend mesh EVA4,(http://www.airhispania.com/eva/eva.htm) or similar containing detailed topo of spain.
