Taca Intl. Airlines Airbus A320-214 in Star Alliance livery, registration N688TA was received by the airline on 07/08/2012. Avianca-Taca Group officially joined Star Alliance on 22 June 2012 and in commemoration of that group several aircraft have been painted in the colors of Star Alliance. Project Airbus model included.

File Description:
Work started at RAF Manby in the mid thirties as part of the RAF Expansion scheme, however, it was not a typical station of the time in so much as it only supported two grass runways. This did not detract from it contribution to the war effort however. Opening in 1938 the unit will be remembered by many as a training station for armament officers, armourers as well as aircrew such as air gunners and bomb aimers. The station continued with its training role until its closure in 1974. Third part add-on scenery will be required - see read-me for details.

Fsds version 2.03 F8F-2 Bearcat for FS2002 (or cfs2) by Gerald Lindell, textures by George Lindell, vc gauges and dp work by Andre van Duin, flight model by David C. Copley, and 2-D panel by Lobo da Silva. Version 1.0.0 Multi-res plane has working shocks, rolling wheels, canopy, joystick, rudder pedals, cowl flaps, dive recovery flaps, folding wings, tailhook and breaking parts.
This plane models "compressibility" so watch your speed in dives and use the "dive recovery flaps".

File Description:
The upload has four edited gxx.trn files for Fly!2 which flatten most of the bodies of water in globe tile 199160. Erie, PA is in the NW corner of the tile. The gxx.trn files flatten the Allegheny Res and river and most of the Clarion R., esp. around Clarion Co. airport. Globe tile border areas were not edited to avoid compatibility problems with bordering globe tiles. I originally rendered the globe tile with options set for subdivideDensity=8 and subdivideTolerance=500.

This is a repaint of the Kirk O. Block 60 (F-16F) in ���¢��������AZ���¢�������� tail markings of the 148th FS squadron. The base color scheme was borrowed from the original F-16F of (vipr2uae.zip). The paint is an accurate 32-bit high res format. Requires Kirk Olsson's "vipr2uae.zip".
