File Description:
I am very proud to present this detailed repaint of the Project Opensky A330-223, registration F-OFDF, of Air Caraibes. This is the only remaining A332 in the Air Caraibes fleet. The remainder of Air Caraibes' A330 fleet are all A333s (3 of them). This airframe was originally delivered to SwissAir in 1999 and registered as HB-IQD. Air Caraibes took delivery of it in 2004 and has been flying it ever since under its current registration. This repaint has many custom textures. All windows are hand-painted, 3D with window shades. The night windows textures and other night textures are custom as well. Engine textures, engine fans, fuselage shading and tail textures are all custom. The wheels and tires are also custom and hand drawn. The main gear wheels are as real as I could get them.
All repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps for best clarity and quality. This is a complete installation package; version 2004.7.1 of the Project Opensky A330-200 V2 model is included.

| Boeing 747-8i Delta Northwest |
|
File Description:
FSX Boeing 747-8i Delta Northwest with advanced VC by Alejandro Rojas Lucena and VC Texture Upgrade by Enrique Cornejo. This gives the b747 a payware Virtual Cockpit look! It even has a pilot jacket hanged in the rear of the cockpit (besides the right jumpseat).
The panel.cfg and the aircraft.cfg have been assembled and edited by the Flightsim Workshop Team. Now you can pop up "My icons" window in the Virtual Cockpit to easily reach the following windows: GPS, avionics, map, ATC, Climb/Radio Altimeter/Spoiler switch, auto-break switch, throttle quadrant, clock, descentometer, kneeboard and overhead panel.
The aircraft has new engine views (from both wings) and new Virtual Cockpit interior views from the left, right and central jump seats.
The Delta Northwest texture is wonderful and it has a unique paintscheme by Mcphat Studios with a repaint by Enrique Cornejo which also includes details such as some stains caused by humidity and other details just like a real aircraft.
This aircraft uses the Project Opensky FSX Boeing B747-800 Model OSX748V4_GENX(MDL), and includes the gauge window Posky Utility to view the main stairs, ground cargo servicing, etc. The engine sounds are edited like the real ones with cockpit ambient, so you can enjoy a pleasant flight. The Flight Management Computer (FMC) is fixed and looks like a payware instrument. The VC includes FMC, Primary Flight Display (PFD) and Multi-Function Display (MDF) displayed in the correct size.
The virtual cockpit also has an Engine-Indicating and Crew-Alerting System also known as EICAS, Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS), working wipers, cabin lights, fire suppression, avionics switch, fuel crossfeed, and you can identify those intruments in the overhead panel because they are bordered with color lines. You can also find landing lights switches, taxi light switch, engine generators, APU generator, battery switch, starter switches, de-ice switch, general lights switches which are a great work of Alejandro. So now the whole cockpit and texture upgrade with all these improvements looks better than a payware version. The clock numbers are now in orange which makes them look better and easily recognizable.
Assembled and edited for FSX by Enrique Cornejo.

| VARIG 1998 |
|
File Description:
In 1998, VARIG was still a huge legacy airline, but routes and frequencies were starting to be cut, which continued into the 2000s until their 2006 demise. MD-11s, DC-10-30s, and 747-300s mostly served long-haul routes such as NGO, NRT, LAX, MIA, JFK, MAD, BCN, LHR, CPH, ect, while the 767s did longer South America routes as well as CUN/MEX/JFK/MCO/MIA as well as flights to Spain and Portugal. VARIG's "around the world" GIG-GRU-JNB-BKK-HKG-BKK-JNB-CPT-GRU-GIG flight was flown with an MD-11 at the time, and I have assigned it to the "World Cup" livery MD-11, which means you will not see the aircraft much in Brazil but it will pop up abroad. VARIG flew many "tag on" flights, like LIM-LAX-NRT/NGO, LHR-CPH, MAD-BCN, MIA-MCO, ect, and there are many, many GIG-GRU and GRU-GIG flights that were part of international routes with no ticket sales in between. Between 0500 and 0700, there are many widebodies making this short flight. The 737-300s flew all over Brazil and to some South American countries. Rio Sul, who did the flights to CGH and SDU, is not included was released seperately on Avsim as "rio_sul_1998.zip". Though VARIG livery 737-300s flew on behalf of Rio Sul, Nordeste and PLUNA, those flights are not included and are included in those respective airlines. An MD-11 and a 737-300 were painted in special colors to celebrate the World Cup, and a 767-200 wore a special Star Alliance livery. The 747-300 in the Star Alliance colors only had them applied to one side of the aircraft and never flew revenue service in that livery, so it is not included. The rest of the fleet wore a mix of the 1997 introduced livery and the 1980s blue and white colors with the silver belly. The entire fleet on the FAIB 737-200, 737-300, 747-300, 767-200 and 767-300,and FSPX MD-11 by Raphael Rodrigues is included. The DC-10-30s on the AIM model by Jason King are on Avsim as "aim_dc1030_varig_pp-vmb_313514.zip" and "aim_dc1030_varig_oldcolors_307373.zip". Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. | Shoot 1.6.3' Voice Contro File |
|
File Description:
"Shoot 1.6.3" voice control file for use with FS2004. You will need to download the main "freeware" program from http://clans.gameclubcentral.com/shoot/downloads.php which will allow you to make use of this control file for FS2004. The program is brilliant and allows you to control FS2004 by voice and it's totally free! All I have done is made a config file that works very well with FS2004.
It will allow you to; speak to ATC and instead of fighting with the keyboard or yoke/stick so you can fly more like a real pilot and keep your hands on the yoke more of the time. For example a commercial jet pilot calls out to the co-pilot to get the gear up and simply says "gear up". That's just what you will have to do, just like the real thing; the gear will go up when you make the call. When FS2004 ATC controller tells you to reply you can just say "roger" or "hello" or "ATC" or "air traffic" etc, etc, and the ATC window will pop up. Then all you have to do is call out the command instead of pushing buttons that real pilots don't use. Does a real pilot push a button to look out of the window or use a "mouse" to engage the autopilot?
Similarly you can call out "autopilot engage" or "autopilot master" or "autopilot disengage" and that's just what happens; the autopilot comes on/off. The best part though is when you try looking around the cockpit. If you want to move your head up you just say "move up" and presto you are higher up in your seat. You can move to the left or
Right, back or forward. You can say "zoom in" and that's what happens. You can say "reset zoom" and so on. You can say "next view" and then the view may be outside or another panel. Alternatively, you can say "panel 2" and the radio panel will come up in the 737 so you can tune the radios. If you have FS navigator installed all you have to
do is say "navigator" and the map comes up, and then say navigator again and off it goes. Just for once it is easy and possible to make full use of FS2004. Using this program has afforded me the opportunity of making better use of the views available, (and I have CH products yoke so if was never hard) but now it's even easier.
All the panels can be activated in this way, and control of the autopilot and control of FS2004. It's probably the best kept secret. I've made a file so we can all share in this freebie of a program. I've included a readme and instructions of how to make the best use of the program.
Config file for FS2004 only is provided.

File Description:
FSX Boeing 747-8i Virgin Galactic with advanced VC by Alejandro Rojas Lucena and VC Textures Upgrade by Enrique Cornejo, founder of the Flightsim Workshop Project. This gives the b747 a payware Virtual Cockpit look and now with green leather tapestry on the sides of the seats. It even has a pilot jacket hanged in the rear of the cockpit (besides the right jumpseat). The panel.cfg and the aircraft.cfg have been assembled and edited by the Flightsim Workshop Team. Now you can pop up "My icons" window in the Virtual Cockpit to easily reach the following windows: GPS, avionics, map, ATC, Climb/Radio Altimeter/Spoiler switch, auto-break switch, throttle quadrant, clock, descent meter, kneeboard and overhead panel. A new feature in My Icons Window I added is a new Pitot Heat switch with ON and Off features, (XML gauge by Enrique Cornejo). cold weather, the Pitot Heat switch works just like in real life, so if its turned off the air speed indicator will stop working, so make sure you turn the Pitot Heat switch on before taking off!
The autopilot ON switches have green lights which make them look more realistic. Center ATC identification in this aircraft is "Boeing 747". We have also fixed the position of the strobe lights so when the aircraft is flying they are in the right place, so turn on the strobe lights switch after take off. The cockpit view from the pilots seat is now more comfortable because the distance between the cockpit and the seat is longer.
The aircraft has new engine views (from both wings) and new Virtual Cockpit interior views from the left, right and central jump seats. The brakes has a differential brake system to make smoother turns in ground. The Virgin Galactic Spaceship texture is wonderful and it has a unique paint scheme by Enrique Cornejo which also includes details such as some stains caused by humidity in the fuselage and the wing flaps and other details just like a real aircraft. Real smoke in the four engines, just select key, more cabin views, realistic cockpit and engines sound & more realistic night VC lights and fuselage night textures, in the VC just select key and reset the overhead Instrument panel light dim switch in the overhead panel. The aileron parameters have also improved, so now the right and left turns are smoother. So now the whole cockpit and texture upgrade with all these improvements looks better than a payware version. The clock numbers are now in orange which makes them look better and easily recognizable.
