Google Earth. I removed and replaced several buildings and added others. Removed the tower and added
a new one in a more proper location. Added static airplanes and helicopters, parking lots with cars and
light poles. Added the terminal and parking for Colgan Air and also GA parking on the NW ramp

Here is an improved version of the stock Wasilla Airport. FSX had no buildings at all here but a lot of
GA parking spaces. I removed some parking spaces and added buildings per an aerial photo. I added quite
a bit of "eye-candy" in the form of static airplanes and vehicles, and other filler objects. There is some
spectacular scenery in this area, but you can't see Russia from here.

Vision Airlines, formerly Vision Air, is an airline headquartered in Suwanee, GA. The airline operates flights for their tour business of the Grand Canyon, Marble Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Monument Valley out of North Las Vegas airport utilizing Dornier 228 and Dornier 328 aircraft. Flights taken from FlightAware for the week of December 12 - 18, 2010 - with some minor adjustments. Schedule checked with TTools Companion with no errors.

File Description:
This is a pretty basic rework of the original FSX KASH scenery matching taxiways, buildings & GA parking's, no extra libraries are required. The original KASH airport in FSX is really nothing like the real deal, so I used ADE, Skyvector and Google Earth to collect all the information I needed to complete this design and the result is a more realistic airport that matches the real geography of the airport.

It adds additional parking and is closer in realism to the original while staying with in FS9's default scenery. Exclude files included. Look for my Khalaktyrka UHPH AFCAD for a close target airport for GA AI traffic. Version 2 update includes latest ILS, NDB, PAPI and Approach Lights as per real airport.

You need the appropriate tools (Lee Swordy's Traffic Tools, Marcus Brunner's GA-Traffic etc.) to generate flightplans. Made with FSDS 2.24 and default FDE.
