issue with the main 2d panel not properly appearing while using triple-wide setups
like TH2G or ATI Eyefinity, as well as repositions and resizes all other 2d
panel windows to try and take maximum advantage of the three monitor setup.

FS2004 Romanian Mikoyan-Gurievich MiG-21 MF. Three Romanian Air Force liveries for Mehlin Rainer's flyable Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21MF beta version (mig-21mf_fs9.zip). #706 - Romanian Army Insignia - 1950/1984 Star livery, #8006 nicknamed "Parrot", it was used to test the paintscheme of the future LanceR A/B and it received its camo in 1995 and #9806 in a grey livery with actual Romanian Air Force roundel. Textures main files are in DXT3 format. Repaints by Patrick George Mititeanu.
