This all new version has been specifically created to fit with the Default FSX airport layout, as I'm currently unable to edit the AFD to make it more realistic!!
Version 5.0 contains all new buildings and textures including full night textures. The buildings have been produced in-line with the FSX SDK using Blender and Gmax. This scenery will only work with FSX.
Thanks go to Peter Leadbeater for testing the scenery prior to release (and for the ever present windsock!).
Special thanks also go to Dave Graham and the rest of the guys at North West Air News without whose photo's and information none of my scenery would exist!

Val-U-Prop adds this FS2002 update of Dave McQueen's FS2K classic to its fleet, with a mild repaint of his lovely Eastern Airlines Connie, complete with photographic panel, pilot's left and right side views, wing and cabin views, and stable, easy-to-fly flight dynamics. Cockpit, pilot and wing photos by Jonathan Derden, and authentic Connie cabin by Stephanie Pleschinger. Includes full lighting switches, including panel light, plus pop-up GPS and default radio stack. Gauges by James Underwood, Kevin Trinkle and Ernie Kennedy. Air Labrador Beechcraft B1900D, utilizing PMDG's payware B1900D aircraft. Painted in 32-bit reflective nonmipped textures for maximum clarity and detail; and a cfg entry is included for all three version of this aircraft. This aircraft was done for a fan, and represents another milestone in my uploads, 2 gigabytes of material so far have been uploaded to AVSIM for all to share, enjoy, offer feedback,etc.; it's all about the fans and the community. You must have the payware PMDG model to use this aircraft; a vcpmod callsign by Dave Reage is available on AVSIM, look for airlab.zip. Aircraft and base textures by PMDG.

File Description:
FS2004 DH.89A Dragon Rapide G-AJCL Cambrian Air Services Cardiff. 32bit textures repaint with no mips for Dave Garwoods Rapide fs9_dh89.zip.
G-AJCL C/No 6722 was built for the RAF (NF851) TOC 18 MU, Dumfries 22.4.44 and had a varied career being sold in 1948 to Butlins Ltd of London. In July 1949 it was registered to Allgood Mfg Ltd and operated by Cambrian Air Services Cardiff when the aircraft was named 'Flint' before passing on to BEA and later named 'Sir Henry lawrence' where it operated out of st Just (Lands End) where it served for a short while on the Channel Islands service.

| Amelia Earhart 1937 World Flight Commemorative |

File Description:
The mystery of Amelia Earhart's disappearance in 1937 during her World Flight has never been solved. On 2 July 1937, with 19,000 NM behind her, she left Lae, New Guinea for tiny Howland Island in the central Pacific Ocean, a 2224 NM flight over open water. She and navigator Fred Noonan never arrived. This world flight commemorates their attempted world flight. Three Flight Options are offered and descriptive notes are included. This commemorative is designed to be flown with the excellent FSDB Lockheed L10E Electra, as customized by Dave Bitzer and Norman Hancock. Other aircraft can be used, though with less realism. A recommended reading list is also included.

| F-86F Sabre "MiG Mad Marine" |

File Description:
US Air Force F-86F-30 Sabre "MiG Mad Marine". A repaint with extra supplementary texture detailing for the FS2004 SECTIONF8 North-American F-86EF Saber (SF86EF.ZIP). This is a representation of the airplane flown by Maj. John H. Glenn, Jr., USMC while TDY as an exchange pilot with the USAF during the Korean War. The art work on the side of the fuselage was unusual since it referred not only to Maj. Glenn, but also to his family by the addition of the label, "Lyn - Annie - Dave I" forward of the primary art. Like most combat aircraft, the art appeared only on the left side. Textures by Cliff Presley.

File Description:
This is an updated model of Dave Eckerts' Eclipse, the source file of which I obtained from his website. With his permission and help, I have added animations including a female pilot and female passengers.
Included in this file are two texture sets, one for British Airways and a fictional airline, Helandair. It has all the other usual animations and landing light effects. Much help was also given by John Cillis who provided me with the .air file and info on the virtual cockpit. The model uses the default Learjet gauges and sounds, so you should have no probelems. Repaint of Dave Hardcastle's excellent S61 in Irish Coast Guard Colours.
Thanks to Cormac Shaw for the following info:
A civilan company, CHC Ireland Ltd operates the SAR services out of Dublin, Waterford and Shannon on behalf of the Irish Coastguard, using four Sikorsky S-61s (presumably one operational at each base at any one time plus a spare, not sure how often they are rotated around the three bases).
They have also leased an S-61 to the Irish Air Corps and this aircraft has recently started SAR operations, based at Sligo (this has also resulted in the IAC's Dauphin at Finner Camp, donegal being redeplyed to other duties ).

| De Havilland DH89A Dragon Rapide - G-AHAG - Four Repaints |

File Description:
These four repaints are of G-AHAG from various times in her career. This is from the freeware Dave Garwood model of the DH89, an aircraft that I thoroughly recommend you to download if you have not.
G-AHAG was built in 1945 as one of 335 Dominies built by Loughborough based Brush Coachbuilders. She was owned by Blackburn aircraft of Brough. I have included one of its liveries from this spell in this package. She then did a spell at the original Scillonia airways, being painted in the livery promoting Scenic Flights, another one that I have included in this package. After Scillonia Airways ceased operations in 1969, she was sold and subsequently leased to The Army Parachuting Association. Here, she was painted in the orange livery included. However, there only appears to be one photo online of her in this livery, from 1975, after being unofficially written off, following an incident involving someone ending up in the radio bay after jumping from a Britten-Norman Islander above. I have used this photo as a basis for the livery, so it may be incorrect.
After a very lengthy rebuild of 30 years at Membury Airfield in Berkshire, she was repainted in a scheme based on the original Scillonia Airways livery. This is the fourth repaint included in this pack.
