File Description:
Hamat is a village near the coast of Lebanon, around 25 miles north of Beirut. The airport runway was built during the civil war to the west of Hamat in the late 1970's, between Hamat and another village called Wuajh Al Hajar. The intention was have an alternative to Beirut airport, which could be (and often was) closed by shell fire from any or all of the sides involved in the civil war, or by bombing by those who were not directly part of the civil war but occasionally joined in. It has been used for drag racing, occasional freefall parachuting (this may continue) and is now an army base with mostly helicopter use. The runway is around 5,600 feet of asphalt, 90 feet wide and aligned 02/20. There is no lighting. The apron is set well back from the runway and has hangars at each end; one set is four hangars long, and at the other end of the apron there are three hangars. There are also the remains of some radar to the west of the apron, bombed (in 1982?). The runway has been repositioned and the surrounding landclass modified to reduce one village to it's approximate actual size and to create a second village which was missing entirely. An intrusive road has been deleted, and the airfield grass area also modified.

File Description:
Thai Support livery for PMDG 777-200LR. This is the first of 2 highly modified, special mission Boeing 777s flown by Thai Support, scheduled to finish modifications and enter service in Feb 2014. Most of the modifications are kept classified and this is one of the liveries proposed to Thai Support Flight Operations for selection. This jet is used for disaster relief operations and evacuations from politically and environmentally stricken places. On peacetime, the jet is open to charter services and hauling of supplies for the Thai Support group network using it's remaining cargo capacity. Does not include cockpit modifications found in real aircraft for security reasons.

The C-40B is a special-mission aircraft that provides airlift with an office-in-the- sky environment for U.S. combatant commanders and other senior government officials. For the freeware Eagle Rotorcraft( Nemeth Designs) Sikorsky S76A helicopter.... 9Y-TGX and 9Y-TGW both first flew with the Trinidad and Tobago National Security Air Division Unit. Later on the helicopters branched of to National Helicopter Services Ltd. which came out from the Air Division unit. 9Y-TGX and 9Y-TGW flew for NHSL until the fleet was upgraded to S76++, later fleet upgrade to 3 S76C++, 3 S76D and 1 AW139. the S76A and A++ models are now retired and some are believed to be used at UTT for Training Engineers/Mechanics... Thanks for downloading hope those from TnT enjoy this repaint :)
