| South West Airways Douglas C-47 |

File Description:
The airline was established in 1946 as South West Air Transport and started operations in 1948. It operated from Windhoek in South West Africa (Namibia). On 26 March 1959, it merged with Oryx Aviation and became South West Airways (Afrikaans - Swidwes Lugdiens). In 1965 Namib Air became the only owner of South West Airways and both companies merged into Namib Air in 1978. Douglas C-47A-I-DK C/N 11991 started life with the USAAF serial number 42-92214 and then became FL583 with the Royal Air Force. Subsequently it was operated by the SAAF as 6871. Next it went to Aircraft Operating Company before joining South West Airways. ZS-DIW was given the name Windhoek. Textures only. Prior installation of Manfred Jahn's outstanding FS2004 Douglas C-47 Base Pack (c-47_basepack_fs9.zip) is required. Repaint by Andre Reimers.

This packet contains two repaints of the PC-12/U-28A in the civilian style
livery of USAF AFSOC, 1st SOW, 319th SOS, Hurlburt Field FL.
These are complete repaints the pilot and crew are repainted as-well.
The U-28A utility aircraft provides intra-theater support for US special
operations forces. The U-28A is the Air Force variant of the Pilatus PC-12 and
was selected for its versatile performance characteristics and ability to operate
from short and unimproved runway surfaces. The U-28A is also certified to land
on dirt and grass strips.

File Description:
One of the most disputed world explorers was, no doubt, Marco Polo. Even today, the descriptions of his life and adventures in China are considered a mixture of his own experiences and tales from his father end uncle. Nevertheless it's worthwhile to try and follow his travels which brings us to places we might otherwise never see! It is only logical to select an Italian plane for this project: Manuele Villa's beautiful FIAT G.18V. The default FSX Chinese airports are not sufficient to cover Maro Polo's travels within China, therefore it is necessary to install Winfried Orthmann's scenery china_airports_1,_2,_3, and _4!

A complete re-make of the default airport from scratch utilising Airport Design Editor 1.47.07. This adds the new runway, new terminal, new aprons and new taxiways along with all new taxi signs as well as relocating the original terminal, aprons and taxiways correctly. Gates are accurately numbered and coded for correct terminal use and all approaches have been re-written to the current Jeppesen plate. Many buildings, roads, railroad and scenery elements, including a landclass to better represent the city of Shanghai, in which the airport is located, are incorporated.

File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named VHHHBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Hong Kong International Airport in Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways
are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is VECC and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-17, Medium-8, Small-20, Express-0, GA-7. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file VHHHBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.

File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named KGSPBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport located between the cities of Greenville and Spartanburg in South Carolina. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. First PLEASE NOTE: This file REPLACES the upload I had prior. I had my prior file removed and this file supersedes with better tail textures and changes to the readme!!!! That being said . . . . These are textures for the Great Lakes Aviation "Grand Tetons", "Fly Telluride" and "Dinosaur" themes. You must have the wonderful PMDG Express B1900D to use these textures. THESE TEXTURES ARE VERSION 2, and contain Higher Quality tails than my prior upload. This file supersedes my prior upload. If you uploaded the first file I put up for this set, please use these taxtures and REPLACE the ones you already installed!!!!! Tail art by Steve Tran. Many thanks to Steve and PMDG for making this project possible, as well as Mark for bringing up the idea in the PMDG forum area here on AVSIM.
