It shows B-24H-10-FO 42-52205 "Bama Baby" of the 739th BS, 454th BG, based in San Giovanni, Italy. The aircraft completed 72 missions before it was declared war weary, and probably scrapped. It shows B-24M-20-CO 44-42151 of the 431st BS, 11th BG, based on Saipan, Marianas Islands, 19 May 1945. The aircraft was named after an earlier 'Bolivar', which completed over 80 missions.
