AS350N 'Flight for Life'

File Description:
Eurocopter AS350N Ecuriel. Designed for FS2002 by Brian Whitelegg. Sound system by Manuel Gonzalez. Pilot and crew figures from David Eckert originals. This aircraft is offered in the colours of N397LG, "Flight for Life" operating out of Penrose Main Hospital, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. Features include nav/strobe lights, rotor animation and animated crew heads which move to look in the direction of turn when rudder is applied. The layout of the cabin interior is guesswork based on experience of the layout of a UK medevac AS355.

The collection is owned by the legendary Kermit Weeks and includes over 40 rare and vintage arcraft, many of them restored to flying condition. The scenery includes 32 custom built objects in an effort to represent the actual buildings and objects around the field as best as possible. Nearly everything is included except the "Wing Walk Air" attraction. The surrounding grounds are made by landclass polygons. trying to represent the vegetation. A photoreal version might be made in the future.
