| NEW Realistic HUD for the FSX F/A-18 Hornet |

A realistic head-up display (HUD) for the FSX Acceleration F/A-18 Hornet. The HUD is an enhanced version of the original HUD for the F/A-18 by Scott Printz. The original functionality Scott built into it is preserved, and the following new features are added: 1) Precise ILS and TACAN navigation for aircraft carriers (including moving carriers) that allow carrier landings in low visibility and at night. 2) The HUD symbology is conformal to the outside world: The horizon bar stays on the horizon, velocity vector shows actual flight path as read against the outside world (if you keep your vector pointed at a certain spot on the runway, this is exactly where you will land). 3) Caged mode with ghost vector for use in heavy side wind conditions. 4) Elements repositioned to make the HUD look as close as possible to the real Hornet HUD. June 2013 scheduled flight plans for Island Air of Hawaii (MKU, callsign MOKU). Island Air currently operates three ATR 72-200s and one Dash 8-100 on flights across the Hawaiian islands. Repaint links are in the readme. Flight information taken from their website's posted schedule, cross-referenced with FlightAware. No errors in TTools Companion or AI Flight Planner.
Update: This version 2 corrects an issue with the destination in one of the flights.

Provided PIA's current management does not continue to play "livery roulette", this is what the airline's new 777-200ERs will look like when it takes delivery of the new aircraft in 2004. The repaint is of Melvin Rafi's fantastic new 777 (available at www.meljet.com or AVSIM)with a fictional registration of AP-BOZ. The aircraft also has a fictional name of "Indus" which is the name of the largest river in Pakistan. Any feedback on the repaint can be seent to me!
