Royal Danish Air Force Lockheed F-104G Starfighter, aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Widowmaker, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It; in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart, as nicknamed by the Canadians. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. Late examples served until 2004, nearly fifty years after its introduction. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-104G in the service of the Royal Danish Air Force; with a total of 12 models and 32 repaints; and additionally represents the Canadair CF-104s used by Denmark. I am also including some optional variants with separate manual install instructions. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre.

Canadian Armed Forces Lockheed (Canadair) CF-104 Starfighter; aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It (in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. This package represents the F-104 and CF-104 in the service of the Royal Canadian Air Force (later re-branded Canadian Armed Forces); with a total of 22 models and 48 repaints. I am also including some optional variants with manual install instructions, on a separate document in the zip file. This folder contains a repaint for the Aerplane Heaven Hawker Typhoon in the colors of Typhoon MN875 EL-B of No 181 Squadron, a regular mount of Flt.Lt. Robbert 'Bergy' van Zinnicg Bergmann while 181 was based in Helmond, 1945. Van Zinnicq Bergmann was a cavalry officer at the start of the war who managed to escape to England, arriving there in 1942. He joined the RAF, flying Hurricanes, Spitfires and finally Typhoons, first with 181 and later with 182 squadron. He stated: 'for me, the Typhoon was love at first sight, of all the aircraft I had flown, this looked by far the most agressive'. His agression as a pilot earned him the DFC and a promotion to Flight Commander with 182 squadron. After the war, he became aide-de-camp to the Dutch Queen, in the end serving three queens as Lord Chamberlain. He died in 2004.. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aeroplane Heaven.
