PLN2RTE is an utility for converting FS2002/FS9's flight plan (.pln) into .rte format. The converted .rte format is compatible with PMDG's 737NG FMC. This version fixes a bug for converting native FS9's auto-generated flight plan. Jetways in FS9's flight plans are now also supported.

Most flight plans that I have found have just hours and minutes for the flight times, but some have seconds aswell. eg 13:15:00 or 04:30:43 This program takes text files, finds the flight times, and removes the seconds. This may be necessary for some applications.

File Description:
The 400 Series Trainer provides a completely functional simulator for the unit of your choice. In addition, you get the capability to simulate the plane’s location, speed, altitude, heading, and selected course input. These features allow you to practice basic operations such as the power-on sequence, frequency selection, and page selection. You may also practice the more advanced features such as flight plan navigation and approach procedure navigation.
In addition to providing the capability to simulate free flight for any desired course, the Trainer allows you to simulate some of the practice flights described in the pilot’s guide. These practice scenarios automatically fly the plane in a playback mode so you can concentrate more closely on the system’s operation.
While the 400 Series Trainer may be fun to fly, its primary intent is to help you become acquainted with the many powerful features provided by the real unit. You can learn to use a wealth of situational awareness features of the 400 Series from the comfort and safety of a personal computer, so that you can fly safely and more efficiently.

INSTALLATION:
1. UnZip these templates to the folder at the end of this path:
Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Flight One Software\Text-O-Matic\Templates
**Note your path to FS2004 may be different Or you may UnZip to a different area and just direct the Text-O-Matic to where you UnZiped it to..
2. Process this template using Text-o-Matic to create a new, ready-to-fly Flight1 aircraft with this repaint on it.
3. Complete instructions for using Text-o-Matic can be found in the manual for any Flight1 Aircraft.

Three custom scaled FX files cover large scale military and civilian transports, Airbus, 777's, 747's, 737's, MD's, 727's along with large and small Lear jets. Users of Nicks Prop Dust can also use Nick's Touchdown with Vortex FX to enhance their LARGE prop aircraft on dry asphalt and concrete runways. Installation requires running the auto-installer and making a minor edit to the aircraft.cfg file. After a great flight wouldn’t it be nice to end it with the realistic WoooooooOOSH that Microsoft left out of Flight Simulator? Now you can be BLOWN AWAY with every touchdown! You can also add this FX to all your AI traffic as well.
