File Description: CYYJ (2017), Version 7, is a major upgrade to CYYJ (2014). It portrays the Victoria (British Columbia, Canada) International Airport (CYYJ), aviation museum, Pat Bay floatplane base (CAP5) and Coast Guard station, and nearby industrial park as they appeared in early 2017 - as well as a host of static aircraft. It is fully compatible with Victoria+ (both FS2004 And FSX versions), Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska for FS2004 and Ultimate Terrain X - Canada for FSX, ORBX's FTX NA Blue and other FS9 road and shoreline upgrades for the area. CYYJ (2017) includes aircraft and traffic files for a realistic AI scenario other than scheduled airline operations. (Use BC Regional AI - also available from this file library - for scheduled traffic). Version 7 adds all the recent major new construction and apron expansion at CYYJ, and includes a greater level of detail in many areas.

CYQQ (2010) Version 2 for FS9, FSX and Prepar3D

File Description: CYQQ (2010) portrays Canadian Forces Base Comox (Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada) (CYQQ), the Comox Valley Air Terminal and surrounding area. It is fully compatible with Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska for FS2004, Ultimate Terrain X - Canada for FSX and ORBX's FTX NA Blue. CYQQ (2010) includes over 100 "hand-crafted" buildings and other structures and 10 different vintage aircraft on static display, as well as aircraft and traffic files for a realistic AI scenario that causes a variety of military aircraft that come and go. (Use BC Regional AI - also available from this file library - for scheduled traffic.) Civilian AI is now routed so as not to transit military aprons. Aside from the new approach lighting, generally, this new version is visually identical to its predecessor - even though quite different internally. As well, to the extent possible, it is compatible with Prepar3Dv2.

Airfield Lights Toolbox (AFLT)

File Description:
Airfield Lights Toolbox (or AFLT for short) is a comprehensive utility for the creation of standard airfield lights and light arrays for Microsoft Flight Simulator and Prepare3D v1.4 (collectively referred to as "FlightSim") airports. AFLT includes 3D models for the usual airfield light fixtures (runway/taxiway edge and centerline lights, runway threshold/end split lights, obstruction lights and beacons, PAPI/VASIs, wigwags and various approach light configurations) from which you should be able to create just about any airfield light arrangement. AFLT generates complete approach and threshold light arrays (including strobes) based on simple text configuration files. As well, pilot-control of airfield lighting is fully implemented. The light sources in AFLT's light models are BGL_LIGHTs. Unfortunately, P3D Version 2 does not (yet) support BGL_LIGHTs and does not provide any alternative. (We had hoped that v2.1 would have fixed this, but "no joy". Hopefully, Lockheed Martin will see fit to rectify this deficiency.) Consequently, AFLT is only "P3Dv2-ready". ALFT is not a library of airfield lights; it is a utility for creating object libraries and light arrays. A general knowledge of FlightSim scenery file organization and airport design is necessary for its use.

CYXX (2012) Version 2 for FS9, FSX and Prepar3D

File Description: CYXX (2012) portrays the Abbotsford (British Columbia, Canada) Airport - home of the Abbotsford Air Show - and surrounding area as it appeared in late 2012. Abbotsford lies just east of Vancouver and only a short distance north of the US border. CYXX is home to Conair Aviation (a large operator of forest fire-fighting air-tankers), Cascade Aerospace (a major aircraft maintenance operation) and several helicopter training, service and operations facilities.) The recently completed major runway and taxiway extensions are reflected in CYXX (2012). This add-on includes a large selection of custom AI and static aircraft painted to represent airline and privately-owned aircraft based or often seen at CYXX, including every aircraft type currently operated by Conair. CYXX (2012) is compatible with BC Roads (FS9 only), Vancouver+, ORBX FTX USA Canada Pacific Northwest and both FS9 and FSX versions of Ultimate Terrain. Generally, this new version is visually identical to its predecessor - even though quite different internally. As well, to the extent possible, it is compatible with Prepar3Dv2.

FS2000/FS2002/FS2004 Super Flight Planner 3.0.3 by Alessandro G. Antonini. This is a very advanced Flight Planner featuring a state of the art Moving Map (drawn using either vector layers or a bitmapped texture, zoom-in, zoom-out, zoom-window, pan, rotation and globe projections), DP-STAR and Airways support plus a lot of import/export options (can import and export from a lot of 3rd party tools such as Radar Contact, MS-GPS and supports data formats such as XML and CSV).
