File Description:
ICA is a bilingual tool (German-English) for FSX with intelligent cabin announcements, depending on the flight situation. It works internally FSX in window mode or full screen mode and can always be turned on or off without restarting the simulator. In addition to the cabin crew announcements, it includes an automatic turbulence detection and adds a sound to the FSX during the turbulence.
Sounds are included: Welcome, Pushback Delay, Climb, Cruise, Descent, Final, Turbulence.
No gauges needed, mo external program.
Only FSX with FSUIPC (registered)

The enclosed 6R4 and KEDC bgl's rename the FSX stock 6R4 Bird's Nest to KEDC Austin Executive, updates 6R4 to KEDC and deletes 6R4 from FSX.
The enclosed 3R3 bgl's delete 3R3 Austin Exec Airpark from FSX. This airport was closed in 1999.
The KEDC runways, taxiways, buildings and aprons are placed per MegaSceneryEarth v2 for Texas and Google Earth.

File Description:
That is a fix for the FSX Viperden-type F16s, which is the F-16 Figthting Falcon (VIPER) by Kirk Olsson adapted to FSX by Danny Garnier. That fix is about the canopy transparency which happens to cause troubles with the latest FSX versions. A fix already released gives a completely clear canopy, which does not respect the F-16 canopy's tinted hue.
