Viscount 701 Cambrian British Air Services First Variation

File Description:
After BKS and Cambrian became wholly owned by BEA they became members of the British Air Service Group using a common livery with only titles and logos differing. G-AMOE is shown in this first version of the livery. One of the last 700's in Cambrian service, it was first with BEA then Channel Airways before Cambrian. After retirement it went to northeast Airlines at Newcastle as a cabin trainer. It ended its days at Lampton Pleasure park fitted with the tail of V.802 G-AOHJ and painted in ficticious Lampton Airways livery.Requires the FSDS Viscount 700 model by Rick Piper http://www.btinternet.com/~rick.piper/index.htm

F-6D "Lil' Margaret"

File Description:
This texture is for the Wings of Power P-51D/H pack. "Lil' Margaret" is a conversion of the venerable P-51D, known as an F-6D for its reconnaissance role. While flying this aircraft with the 10th Photo Recon Group, Clyde B. East tallied 13 enemy aircraft shot down, something that was not supposed to be part of the rather quiet "get in and get out" sort of mission. As a tribute to the actions of Clyde B. East, one of the more finely restored Mustangs in the world today, flies in these markings. Texture is complete with camera ports and sighting marks along the left wing.

MATVA SEA A300-600 Pack

File Description:
Scottish VA The MATVA Group is pleased to present the aircraft of their newest acquisition South East Asia Airways or S.E.A as it will be known. This package contains HNAC's A300-605R in pax and freight configurations. As I couldn't find a paint kit for the freighter I created my own using a lot of artistic license so my apologies for any innaccuracies. Many thanks to HNAC for the model. B-17G Once in'a While

File Description:
A repaint of the Wings of Power 2 B-17G in the colour scheme of the 100th Bomb Group 349 Bomb Squadron's aircraft Once in'a While. This aircraft was lost while on a mission to Saarbrucken in November 1944, but not before it had managed to fly over 40 combat missions. You will need to have purchased Shockwave's Wings of Power 2 B-17G for FSX to utilise this repaint. The file contains the textures, a thumbnail pic for the FSX menu, a text file to add to your B-17G config file, and a Read Me file with comprehensive installation instructions and historical details on the aircraft. P-51D LC-N "June Nite"

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D 44-11161 LC-N "June Nite", which was flown by Capt. Ernest C. Fiebelkorn of the 77th Fighter Squadron, 20th Fighter Group. A native of Lake Orion, Michigan,(Born: 12 December, 1922) Ernest Charles Fiebelkorn was one of the largest fighter pilots to see action in the E.T.O. At 6'4" and 225 pounds, he had a difficult time getting himself into the cockpit of his P-51D Serial #44-11161 Squadron Code LC-N, "June Nite" (named for his wife). Repaint by Jan kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.

USAF P-51D Tuskegee 88 'Little Freddie'

File Description:
This is a repaint for both the WOP P-51D and WWII Fighters P-51D. This aircraft, marked 88 'Little Freddie" was the plane assigned to Captain Freddie Hutchins of the 302nd FS, 332th FG, 15th AF from Ramitelli, Italy. During World War II the US Army practiced a policy of strict segregation of black people, so this Group was entirely manned by black Americans. They were called the Tuskegee Airmen. Their proud claim at the end of the war was that they never lost a single bomber under their escort, which is a tremendous record. Repaints by Jan Kees Blom, based on Shockwave blanks.

Virgin America Airbus A320-200

File Description:
A new low cost airline, Virgin America, starts operation from San Francisco on the 8th August 2007. It will fly from its main hub, KSFO, to KLAX and KJFK. More routes will be added later in the year. This aircraft, registered N625VA, was recently named 'Jefferson Airplane' after the famous group that came from the San Francisco area. This the first repaint that I know of for the wonderful iFDG A320 model. It is saved in DXT3 format for maximum performance but still includes 'Alpha channels' so that reflections show up properly, the full aircraft is included. Also included is the correct 'REDWOOD' callsign sound file for users of EditVoicePack.
