Royal Navy De Havilland DH-114 Sea Heron

File Description:
This repaint depicts Sea Heron XR441 as she was flown by the Royal Navy. The Military and Royal Navy used the Heron (and Sea Heron) for nearly 30 years. The Royal Navy bought G-AORG and G-AORH from Jersey Airlines and re-numbered them XR441 and XR442. XR441 was later purchased by a group of enthusiasts and has been restored back into Jersey Airlines livery again, as G-AORG. These are textures only. The aircraft required is the AI DH-114-2B (Gypsy Queen engined variant) by Dee Waldron.

A6M2 Zero V-173 "Overhaul"

File Description:
Modified to fit The B24 Guy's Overhauled Stock Model. V-173, of the Japanese Navy's 204th Air Group was based at Rabaul and flown by Japanese 'ace' Saburo Sakai. V-173 was to be exported to the US from Gasmata in 1975, but somehow ended up in the RAAF Museum at Point Cook in Australia and restoration began in 1977. Parts of two aircraft; A6M2 C/N 3618 and A6M5 C/N 4043, were used in the restoration. V-173 is now on display at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. Enjoy!

Go! Flight Plans (Mesa Airlines Hawaii Operation)

File Description:
Mesa Air Group Inc. said its new "go!" airlines will start flying between Honolulu and Lihue, Kahului, Hilo and Kailua-Kona on June 9, 2006. The published timetable is loaded with 20 min turn times, which could be a huge reliability issue in the real world. Departure times are accurate per the timetable published March 2006, but the arrival times were calculated by TCompiler. They are still fairly accurate, but in some situations allow slightly less than 20 minutes. Use CDAI CRJ-200 in Mesa colors until the go! textures become available.

Mustang Airport, (2CL9) Galt, California

File Description:
This is a scenery upgrade for Mustang Airport, Galt, California (2CL9) Part Eleven of a series of small airstrip and minor airfield scenery enhancements which are based on real world data from Google Earth. Again just a small Hanger and some other building seem to make up the airstrips buildings but the strip itself (which is a remarkable 4000ft long!) is surrounded by a very regular group of fields divided by dirt roads, this is visible both from google and the airnav shot, consequently I have made the scenery to try and match this.

Jet2, FlyGlobespan & Channel Express, Summer 2005

File Description:
Flight plan for the Dart Group which comprises of Jet2, FlyGlobespan and Channel Express. This plan was generated as some of the aircraft are on passenger duty during the daylight hours and then revert to mail/newspaper and cargo flights during the twilight hours. This is accomplised with the use of B737-300QC aircraft. All flights for Jet2 and FlyGlobespan have been taken from their respective web sites for the week commensing 17th July. Mail/newspaper and cargo flights for Channel Express have be supplied by Scott Cooper which I thank him for.

SBD-3 Midway Skins by revev Revised

SBD-3 Dauntless Midway. Revised texture files for revev's Midway skins. Painted over the B24 Guy's SBD-2 Overhaul Model. These texture files have the "meatball" painted out for those of you who would prefer. From a photo of a group of SBD3s flying over the Enterprise on June 4, 1942. Note the smaller size and placement of the National Insignia, and the omission of squadron Markings - - - a security measure adopted by mid 1942. Complete with transparent Dive Brakes. The airport has more than one runway. The longest is a paved runway extending 8999 feet. The facility is at an elevation of 1429 feet at a distance of about three miles from Sioux Falls. Sky Express BAe J-31 Jetstream

File Description:
Sky Express is a regional charter Airline based in Heraklion Crete and operates a 18 seat BAe Jetsream 3102. The JS31 is a very successful and widely used aircraft, offering jet comfort at the price of a turboprop. Sky Express operates charter flights connecting Crete with the Aegean islands of Rhodes, Mykonos, Mytilini, Santorini and other attractive destinations. Other services include: air-taxi, Emergency Medical Service, excursions, sight-seeing and cargo flights.
