KLM-VIASA DC-8-53

File Description:
One of the first DC-8's that were leased from KLM to VIASA Venezuela. This aircraft was an odd one in terms of the usual external decorations. It had a "split" paint job. One side remained in the existing KLM colours while the other side received the livery of VIASA Venezuela. Original DC-8-53 model by the Historic Jetliners Group is needed to see the result.

File Description:
This skin represents "226418 HV-A", a P-47D Thunderbolt flown by Lt Col Francis S Gabreski, Commanding Officer of the 61st Fighter Squadron, 56th Fighter Group, based at Boxted, England, July 1944. Gabreski was the top USAAF ace in the ETO, with 28 kills. Many thanks to RussoUK2002 and Team for creating the P-47N for Strike Fighters, and enhancing our SF WW2 experience. Alidair Scotland Viscount 735 G-BFMW 1978

File Description:
One of two series 735 bought from Iraqi Airways G-BFMW served all it's time with Alidair flying for the Scottish division. Taking up UK marks in March 1978 it was withdrawn in January 1982 and later broken up. The other ex Iraq machine entered service as the first aircraft of the then new Guernsey Airlines a member of the Alidair group. Requires the FSDS Viscount 700 model by Rick Piper
