Soaring in Catalonia

Adaptation of my previous scenery of Catalonia for Fs2004 published in 2008 This scenery contains the territory of Catalonia, but I have put special emphasis in the region of the mountain range of the Pyrenees where it exist the aerodromes LECE and LFNQ that are starting point to carry out flights in glider. This freeware scenery was created using pictures from internet as well as real measures by Google Earth and official information at http://www.nav.pt/ais/VFRs/ferreira%20do%20alentejo.pdf (it is supposed you download the file and read it carefully).
This scenery is to be used EXCLUSIVELY with Portugal Terrain from PTSIM (http://www.ptsim.com). Freeware. For Microsoft FS2004. NOT tested for FSX.

FS2004 Scenery - Bay Bridge Airport (FAA LID: W29) is a county-owned public-use airport located in Stevensville, Maryland.The airport is named for the nearby Chesapeake Bay Bridge and is mostly used for general aviation. Bay Bridge Airport covers an area of 72 acres (29 ha) and contains one asphalt runway (11/29) measuring 2,903 x 60 ft (885 x 18 m). Non-default AI repaints/traffic available by John Burford. FS2004 Scenery Airborne Airpark (KILN) Wilmington, Oh. The airport serves Wilmington and Clinton County and is owned by DHL (Was formerly owned by Airborne Express Inc.. The airport has more than one runway. The longest is a paved runway extending 10701 feet. The facility is at an elevation of 1077 feet at a distance of about 2 miles from Wilmington. SABE - Aeroparque - Buenos Aires, Argentina

File Description:
AFCAD2 file for Buenos Aires - Aeroparque (FS2004 default scenery) I used to live in Palermo on a 27th floor overlooking this airport. As you can imagine I got to see a lot of action at this airport. Aeroparque is the busiest airport in Argentina. The default scenery for this airport is pretty bad so I had to make some compromises. I setup the AFCAD as I remember the airfield, planes almost always land and depart using runway 13. Enjoy!

Utility Poles and Wires

File Description:
For Gmax FS2004/2002 scenery designers, I've created a small selection of utility poles and wires for design of basic utility/electric transmission lines. Inside the Gmax scene file, you will find three different configurations of utility poles with wires to include: 1) a 4 wire "T" pole 2) a 4 wire "T" pole with a transformer and 3) a 2 wire vertical pole. Copy and edit the selections for your own scenery design. See example picture.

California Central Coast Scenery Revision 1

File Description:
California Central Coast Scenery for FS2004, Revision 1 to CCCOAST4.ZIP released 12/27/03. This revision replaces several textures with DXT1 formatted textures, adds some wave spray effects at Morro Bay and Santa Barbara and removes the lighthouses at San Simeon and San Luis Obispo Bay to make room for Larry Silsbee's California lighthouses. Scenery files for all 8 airports were also revised to eliminate loss of autogen under certain conditions. CCCOAST4.ZIP is required. 1/15/04

Ketchikan International Airport ( PAKT )

File Description:
This scenery of Ketchikan International Airport ( PAKT ) is both default and Misty Fjords compatable. Though built for FS2004, it should work in FS2002 also. It depicts the main terminal, hangers and other buildings on the airport. Also included is the floatplane dock at PAKT. I also included some optional Rwy12 BGL files for owners of the Rwy12 program to put some life into the scenery but these are not nesessary. Details are in the read me file.
