One year on, and AITP is back! This time, AITP-X is specifically aimed at FSX users. The program alters the time limitations imposed by FSX on AI aircraft. If an AI aircraft is holding short, or stopped, for whatever reason, then FS will automatically "kill" that aircraft after exactly 5 minutes. This can be quite visually irritating if you are holding behind these aircraft and they keep popping into thin air, or for example if you enjoy spotting your collection of AI traffic. Built by the Waco Classic Aircraft Corporation this new/old biplane combines the beautiful and classic lines of the 1930s Waco and the new world of modern avonics. Of all the antique and/or classic biplanes of the pre-war era, the Waco is certainly the most beautiful of them all and Bill Lyons has packaged several repaints of the wheeled version and 2 repaints of a float version in this single download. Having an excellent dynamic 3D virtual cockpit (as all of Bill's aircraft have had since the days of FS98) and excellent sounds, this is truly an FS classic! Bear!

Douglas Super DC-3. This is an upgrade from the default DC-3 in FSX to the Super DC-3. Although only a few Super DC-3s were built, many still fly today, with upgraded engines and flight controls. This upgrade will change all of your default DC-3s to Super DC-3s unless you follow the instructions provided. With this upgrade the aircraft can fly up to 23,000 feet, and cruise for more than 800 nm with a modern passenger and cargo load. Thanks to Andrew Spring of www.p166.com!! The Piaggio P-180 Avanti is a Luxury Jetprop. Its design is the result of a "thinking outside the box" project philosophy. It means that building techniques are standard while aerodynamics are unique for it's kind. It features a three lifting surface design, laminar flow wing and twin pusher turboprop configuration. Passenger comfort features the possiiblity of standing in feet inside the plane, low noise due to pusher propellers and "Pininfarina" designed arrangement. Performances are unique too, cruising at 395 KTAS (260 KIAS) at 28000 ft, a jet-like speed, being the P-180 a twin turboprop. The result is a 40% reduced operational cost respect to a jet of similar size, and 30% less respect to a similar size turboprop, all at same price of a small Jet. This model is 804 Kbs with c.a. 19000 polygons in c.a.170 assemblies. Afcad of LIPZ (Venice Tessera "Marco Polo") airport for FS9 default scenery.
In order to make the scenery as close as possible to the real airport the layout is based on the newest Jeppesen parking chart of LIPZ, on the Aeronautical Information Publication Italy and on photos of the real airport.
The previous version was v1.4; instead of naming this version v1.5, I named it v2.0 because the entire airport had been redesigned from the begining in order to achieve a new level of realism. When I decided to redesign the entire airport, the idea that I had in mind was to make it more like a full scenery as real as it gets using FS stock buildings and objects than only a plain afcad.
Main features that have been added since v1.4 (released on April 19th, 2007):
- since October 2009 a new tower is operative on LIPZ to better manage the ground traffic on the apron, I added it trying to make the environment look as close as possible to the real one;
- more than 95% of the buildings of the real world airport have their place in the scenery using FS stock buildings;
- static objects and vehicles have been added;
- pole lights and antenas have been added;
- parking gates and ramps have been adjusted;
- airline parking codes have been updated.

This package contains an updated re-release of all my original Piaggio P-166 models developed for FS-2002/2004. All versions are included in a single package: P-166A, P-166BL-2, P-166CL-2, P-166M, P-166S, P-166DL-3 and P-166DP-1. The 3D models are the same, so these are fairly simple models. Yet they come with a VC (no 2D panel this time!). With respect to the original releases, they come with very much improved panels, in two flavors: Piston and Turboprop. Gauges developed by Milton Shupe & Scott Thomas for the Aero Commander / Turbo Commander Aircraft series, and Edgar Guinart López of Aeroproyecto for the Embraer 110. Other Gauges from my own Piaggio P-180 & PD-808. Also Included is a brand-new flight model redeveloped from scratch. Please refer to the Reference and Checklist pages provided via the FS Kneeboard for flying and operating instructions.
The Piaggio P-166 is a light small twin. An Exotic twin-engine prop that sold all over the world including America, UK, and Australia. Its origin is traced Back to the Piaggio P-136, a light amphibian, which the P-166 keeps the wings, the engines and the tail planes. The first P-166A flew in November 1957. The aircraft was still in production in the early 21st century in an improved turboprop version, the P-166DP-1.

File Description:
FS 2002 ATL98 Carvair. Four engined transport converted from the DC4.
Concieved as a cross-channel car ferry to and from the european continent from the UK, hence Car-Via-Air.
Carvairs saw wide spread use worldwide a few remain in service today.
British United ATL98 Carvair reg. G-APNH circa 1965 and Alisud ATL98 Carvair G-ASKG. Two repaints for the late Rey Lopez's Carvair for FS2k2 (included, see readme file). Should work in FS2004 also. Offered as a tribute to Rey Lopez's work.

This is THE MOST realistic AFCAD file for KRST availiable to the FS community. It is based off of timetable info and research/observations of the REAL THING. It has all the latest gate and runway information. This is the First Freeware file done by JAD Simulations. I made it a while ago, and decided to upload it on behalf of JAD. I an hoping to create an ultra-realistic scenery for Rochester, as part of our up-coming payware project, Bus-sim - whoops I wasn't supposed to say that. My colleague Jeff and I (managers of JAD) live here in Rochester and are hoping for alot of realism added to KRST.
