Bell P-39F-1-BE 39th FS - UPDATE

File Description:
Bell P-39F-1-BE 39th FS - UPDATE, 35th FG, 5th Air Command, USAAC. Serial: X (41-7170). Pilot: Boyd Wagner. New Guinea, early 1942. The plane was operative with the 39th Fighter Squadron, 35th Fighter Group, 5th Air Command, during the first half of 1942 in Australia and New Guinea. This Squadron was re-equipped with the P-38F Lightning during July 1942, in Townsville (Australia), and returned to operational active duty in late October 1942 from 14 Mile Drome (Schwimmer Field) - Port Moresby, New Guinea. Painted over The B24 Guy's P39D Overhaul Model. This is an update, as the original file was not that of the "Miss Helen" as stated in the description. Also, texture files have been corrected for proper nav. lights. Sorry for any confusion. Complete Texture Folder, with Damage Files, included. By revev. Enjoy!

P-51D 363rd FS/ 357th FG "Isabel III"

File Description:
RNZAF pilot Flt.Lt.Jack Cleland served with the 363rd FS of the 357th FG between july and september 1944 as an exchange pilot. He flew several missions, including one of the Russion shuttle missions. His aircraft was 44-13537. but it's registration is less clear. B6-B/bar is the version that was used on a repaint of ZK-TAF "Miss Torque" in New Zealand in the '90s. B6-V is the version that is on display in the RAF museum. I've included both versions in this package. P-47D-30 324th FG/ 316th FS #71

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A/Shockwave Wings of Power P-47D-30 Thunderbolt, representing 42-27266, an aircraft that flew with the 316th FS/ 324th FG. It was photographed at Dole Tavaux (Y7) airfield in september 1944, but I have no additional info on this aircraft. Repaint for FS9 by Jan Kees Blom, based on a repaint kit by John Terrell. I have included a thumbnail for use in FSX. Although the model is for FS9 only, it works in FSX too.

This aircraft was damaged badly on 9 march 1945, when Harry Herschberger was forced to make a belly landing at Avricourt after an engine fire. Repaint for FSX & FS9 by Jan Kees Blom, based on a repaint kit by John Terrell.
