Level-D Simulations VERSION 2 of the 767-300ER "Golden Argosy" Long Haul Tutorial. Climb aboard the "Golden Argosy" for an eight hour journey from New York’s Kennedy airport to Roma’s Fiumicino airport aboard the Level-D 767-300ER with B767 Captain, Tony Vallillo. Mr. Vallillo penned the 6 part series of “Golden Argosy” articles that were published at FlightSim.com in 2004. This 40+ page tutorial is written in a step-by-step format based on LDS767’s Expanded Checklist. Captain Vallillo's real world "Golden Argosy" flight is interspersed throughout, offering real world perspective for the flight simmer. The tutorial includes charts and flight plans and is intended to assist the novice and intermediate LDS767 pilot.

I've always had a particular fondness for Tofino CYAZ, located on the west coast of Vancouver Island. I made my first Tofino scenery in 2005 using Lago's FSE, and an updated version in 2006 using EZ-Scenery. Neither of those included custom models. This final version is a complete, from-the-ground-up rebuild. Every building and many of the other scenery objects are custom made based on photos and using photo textures. (The images in the "Tour" folder will take you on a tour of the real and virtual airport.) In the time since the first two virtual versions were made, a new terminal building has been added to the east ramp at the real Tofino, along with some new hangers, and the scenery includes these changes. Tofino has an NDB instrument approach (CYAZ NDB A.pdf), but night operations are not allowed. For this reason the new terminal building has no night lighting. The golf clubhouse restaurant and pro shop are open after dark for your shopping and dining pleasure. This scenery represents many hours of work...I hope you enjoy it.

Tips and Tricks - 24 - The FINAL issue. Issue number 24 officially brings to an end the Tips and Tricks for FS2004 series. This issue is packed with some useful tips and how-to's, valuable web-site links and much, much more. The "From the E-mail bag" segment explores several ways to recover disk space and there is a special interview with a prolific author of FS scenery. You will also find a Bonus File which will make the startup of a reviewed aircraft considerably easier. Look for a special Holiday recommendation (for kids of all ages). I have even thrown in a bit of Aviation humor. An updated index for the entire series (by John Burford) is also included. Hopefully you will find something of use, be you a "newbie" or a long time simmer. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder. | French Air Force Fouga Magister EAM 09.102 Dijon 1994 |

File Description:
A repaint of the magnificent freeware Fouga Magister by A. Chancel, J-P Langer, J-P Bourgeois, B. Dube and M. Hardouin which can be downloaded from http://restauravia.com. The aircraft is a true "must" for any FS addict and comes complete with a thorough documentation both in French and in English. This is yet another Dijon aircraft; it is depicted this time near the end of its service life, as flown by EAM 09.102 - as the Communication Flight of BA 102 was then named - during 1994. The fuselage roundels no longer have their usual yellow outer rings, service markings are rather derelict, and despite the painter's efforts the aircraft still shows signs of its earlier assignment with GE 315 in Cognac. Two sets of textures are included featuring two different levels of shine, so you can install whichever you prefer according to your own taste. An alternative layout for the rear 2D panel is provided too. See detailed instructions in the ReadMe.txt.

This file will add 21 real life lighthouses to the coastline of South Africa. All the lighthouses are placed using real world coordinates and their focal planes are at the correct height. DXT3 texture package for OSS's Freeware Emb-120.Features Continental Express and Deltas ASA/Delta Connection Wavey Gravey liveries.
You must have the base package for this plane,which should be uploaded here to Avsim shortly by OSS.
I am using the BSMP SAAB2000 sound package for this plane,along with the Bill Grabowski EMB-120 Panel.
I have included my tweaked E-120 FDE,based on a another E-120 and works well with the OSS freeware model.
I did these paints a long time ago,and they were posted on the OSS site.Now it's free to share with the rest of the community.
