North American F-100 Super Sabre (Part 4). This aircraft, also known as the Hun, was the first of a long success of Century Series fighter aircraft during the 1950s and 1960s. I present a comprehensive 8-LOD AI traffic model for this cold warrior of military jet history, utilizing original source material from Jake Burrus. Going into production in 1953, 2,294 aircraft served thirty-five years in the USAF and the air forces of France, Turkey, Denmark, and Taiwan. The F-100 was originally designed as a daytime air superiority fighter (with all-cannon armament); but evolved into a capable light attack aircraft which served extensively in Vietnam. An original 8-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-100F in the entirety of its service with the USAF/ANG, with 8 models and 128 repaints. | "Craig Field" North American AT-6 Texan (N85696) |

File Description:
This is a repaint for the payware A2A Simulations AT-6 Texan. This repaint depicts the restored AT-6D 42-85696, registered N85696, owned by Paul Ehlen, based just outside Minneapolis at Flying Cloud airport in Eden Prairie, MN, and can be seen on public display at the Wings of the North Museum. This aircraft originally served as an instrument trainer at Craig Field, Alabama in 1945 and 1946. Between 2002 and 2006 the aircraft was fully restored by John Meyer and Gary Allen, of Lake Stevens, WA, and it is the most accurate/authentically-complete AT-6D flying today. The restored aircraft has a propeller spinner fitted, as some of the Craig Field AT-6D's did have spinners installed, based on period photos.

File Description:
This is a repaint for the payware A2A Simulations AT-6 Texan. This repaint depicts the restored Canadian Car & Foundry built Harvard Mk.IV CCF4-237, named the "The Purple Fox", registered as N7519U, owned by Dave Schmitz and based in Spooner, WI. This aircraft originally served in the RCAF as #20446, from 1952 till 1965. After being sold surplus, the aircraft was parked in a Minnesota field for over 20 years before being purchased by Dave Schmitz in 1988. Following a 6.5-year restoration, the aircraft flew again in 1994, and has since logged nearly 1300 flight hours over the past 22 years, including many hours spent flying with the T-6 Thunder formation group.

North American AT-6B, Year built: 1942, Construction Number (C/N): 84-7748, Registration Number: N57418, Mode S (ICAO24) Code: A75FE1, Certification Class: Standard, Certification Issued: 2009-08-17, Air Worthiness Test: 1983-07-11, Last Action Taken: 2009-08-17; Current Status: Valid, San Clemente, CA 92673. the aircraft is part of the "Condor Squadron" (a flying warbird group/foundation), which operates a number of T-6's/SNJ's out of Van Nuys, California, painted in both US and German markings for their airshow acts (the Luftwaffe-painted examples acting as the aggressors), as well as flying formations over parades and memorial services. N57418 used to be one of the German-painted examples, but now has been repainted as one of the 31st FG-painted American examples - there are still a few others painted in German markings to how N57418 used to look, such as N9525C and N7969C. These are textures only and you need a legal copy of the A2A T-6 Texan. This package will also work in FSX. PLEASE NOTE> This paint has the Swastika on its tail. There is also a version available without.
