This is repaint of TBF-1C avenger #3 of VT-4 during 1943-44 operations. TBM-1C #3 assigned to VT-4 aboard the USS Ranger(CV-4). Piloted by Lt(jg) Lawrence L. Hamrick who later became CO of VT-4. VT-4 participated several action in Europe, Anti-Sub mission, 'Operation Torch' and 'Operation Leader' under British Home Fleet (Naval attack on Axis fleet anchored at Bodo, Norway; 1943). The scheme represents 1943 European theater colors. You'll need MAAM-sim TBM/TBF Avenger to use this repaint.

All gates assigned with real airlines operating to and from Fiumicino; domestic terminal A, european terminal B, international concourse S, west satellite T, remote aprons D, E, F, K, N, and cargo area W. Note that all the gates are not exactly positioned according to real GPS positions, but is matching to its best the available scenery... Crossing departing and arriving runways feature activated. Kuzu Airlines cargo operates scheduled flights to Amsterdam, London, Dubai and Kuwait using Istanbul as its transit hub. They operate a fleet of 5 A300B4 freighters, only one of which is used in these plans. The remaining aircraft fulfil their charter and leasing operations with Kuzu offering a full ACMI service to airlines who require their expertise. With expansion plans in the pipeline and the construction of a new cargo center at Istanbul Kuzu should become a name we see more commonly in European and Middle Eastern skies!

File Description:
BOAC was an early customer for the DC-7C and had a fleet of ten. G-AOIE was delivered to BOAC on Dec. 14th 1956. This aircraft was subsequently loaned to carrier, BEA. This is an exceptionally rare bird since the airplane is foriegn and loaned to British European Airways for Euro Domestic flights. These files are skins only and require the DC-7C by Tom Gibson/Greg Pepper found both at Avsim and Calclassic.com. Please check for updates as these occur on occasion with improvements or corrections.

File Description:
Complete AI package for Butembo Airlines, including flightplans, repaints for two AN-28 SkyTrucks, and AFCADs. Butembo Airlines is a small regional carrier operating in the eastern DRC. Something of a maverick, Butembo has been blacklisted by the European Union and has its planes grounded by the UN for alleged gold smuggling and arms running. Repaints for Mike Cronin's AN-28 AI model; AFCADs for the more nondescript (i.e, missing from FS2004) airfields. File Description:
This scenery represents Zweibrucken Air Base in Germany as it was during 1990. At this point, the base was the home to the reconnaissance Phantoms of the 38th TRS/26th TRW. Also based here were the C-23 Sherpa's of the 10th MAS, which played a huge role in the European Distribution System, providing spares and supplies to bases throughout Europe without the cost of using larger cargo aircraft.
The scenery has been constructed using objects mainly from MAIW sceneries, which will need to be installed in order to gain the full visual experince.

Water runways added to seven default airports, to allow Clipper type flying boats such as the B314 to operate the Transatlantic routes between Europe and the USA. The European terminals are at Southampton Water, Foynes (Shannon), and Lisbon Town; American terminals at Botwood (Gander), Shediac (Moncton), and New York (La Guardia); Atlantic stations at Bermuda and Horta (Azores). RDF stations (NDB), light beacons, and surface ships are added as NAVAIDS, but no other buildings or equipment. Made with ADE 9 for Noble Air VA by John McKeon ([email protected]).
