The effects files included with the original upload will not work without the original panel, hence this correction has been developed to resolve the problem.

File Description:
Afterburner effects for FSD T-38A Talon
to be flown in FS2004. Revised from 2002
version, still uses "afterburner" key.
This version has XML control of flaptip
and wingtip vortices, and "burner" smoke
with optional "whooom" sound at ignition
of afterburner. New afterburner flames
w/panel indicator. Runway tire marks w/
optional "chirp" sound. Custom contrail
(very long). Custom jet startup effects
w/ optional "heat" shimmer. Installation
is manual but easy. W/aircraft.cfg info
for optional speed increase (Mach 1.5).
"Whooom" sound is in separate D/L, look
for WHOOM_FX.zip.
