Boeing B-52 Stratofortress (Part 4) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Boeing B-52 Stratofortress (Part 4). The B-52 first flew in 1952, the last one was built in 1961, and there are still over 90 of the original 744 airframes either in front-line service or in a ready-reserve status. With extensive avionics upgrades starting this year, the USAF plans on using the B-52s until 2045, 93 years after first flight. The aircraft has an impressive resume, having served in five shooting wars and was the backbone of Strategic Air Command's nuclear deterrent air component during almost forty years of Cold War service.

Jake Burrus started this AI traffic model a couple of years ago, and I was honoured to pick up the project and get it across the finish line, with no small amount of help from Mike MacIntyre, as usual. This is a 7-LOD AI traffic model representing the Stratofortress in all of its operational service. This is part 4, showcasing the early B-52G, and covering use from initial production in 1957 through use in Vietnam, and includes a total of 48 repaints. Also included are optional models for VFR traffic use. Aircraft model by Jake Burrus and Mike Pearson, master textures and repaints by Mike Pearson, flight dynamics by Mike MacIntyre. Please read the extensive documentation contained in the file.

Convair F-106 Delta Dart Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Convair F-106 Delta Dart. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for the last of the Century Series fighter aircraft, one of the backbones of Air Defense Command and Air National Guard squadrons from the late-1950s to late-1980s. The "Six" first flew in 1956, and over 300 of these aircraft served as strategic interceptors during the height of the Cold War. Late examples served until 1988, over thirty years after its introduction; and many were expended as target drones on live fire ranges. Additionally, the Six, in a last hurrah of sorts, was the dedicated chase aircraft for the B-1 bomber test flights, because of its speed, and low-cost as a "has-been" aircraft. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package is a complete representation of the F-106 through its entire career, in the service of the USAF as well as NASA. Models included are F-106A with early/late canopy, F-106B, and QF-106A/B manned and un-manned drones, with a total of 13 models and 70 repaints, to include over 30 individual squadron schemes. Original aircraft model, master textures, and all release repaints by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre. PLEASE READ THE DOCUMENTATION FOR RESEARCH DISCLAIMERS.

File Description:
Korean Airlines Boeing 747-8B5/i (HL7630). REPAINT ONLY FOR FSX PMDG 747-400 expansion pack -8i/-8f This livery is still fictional but I tried to collect as much data as I could from the -400 model as well as the concept/ previews of the -8i model. The real Korean 748i is still unpainted but is sitting in storage at Paine Field. Features: 1. Korean Airlines Logo (New Livery with correct positions in referenced to the aircraft concepts). 2. Accurate placement of the SkyTeam Logo. 3. Korean text below the first class windows. 4. Studied and averaged precise sky blue color for fuselage. 5. Grey Stripe also averaged for closest match. 6. Grey Engine colors. 7. Korean Airlines Logo on the engines (accurate placement and removed engine warnings). 8. Studied design to create the "Closest" experience to the real thing. 9. White window door frames. 9. Boeing 747-8i decal above the last set of 8 windows (in Boeing font and accurate dark blue color). 10.Registration on the tail in accurate position, spacing, font, and color. 11.Korean Air logo flipped correctly (right side) and Flag included on top. 12.Added dirt textures to tail and aft belly. 13.Registration in accurate place on wing (color and font also studied and accurate). 14.Registration included on bottom of the wing as well.
