The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT5 textures.

This download contains three liveries for the Rijksluchtvaartdienst (RLD) C-47 and is applicable for the Douglas C-47 V3 version by Manfred Jahn, Jan Visser and their team. This aircraft was once active in the II World War, owned by the Prins Bernard of The Netherlands and flown as a calibration aircraft for the Rijksluchtvaartdienst (RLD) or Netherlands Civil Aviation Authorities and now still in airworthy condition in operation with the Dutch Dakota Association “DDA Classic Airlinesâ€. Requires "DOUGLAS_C-47_V3_12_BETA.ZIP" to be installed on your system in advance.The textures are based on the original textures from Jan Visser and have been modified by Hans Janssens and Emile Lancee.
Works with both FSX and P3D.

It depicting "Chameleon" a TA-4F (BuNo 154334) of the US Navy VA-127 Cyclons in the 80s.
The crews gave her the nickname "Chameleon" following the impressive number of different camouflages she received within the squadron.

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47A 42-92847 3X-W "That's All, Brother!"of the 438th TCG, based in Greenham Common, England. It was the aircraft that was the lead plane with the parachute droppings on the night of D-Day, dropping men of 502nd PIR of the 101st Airborne Division arond 00:48. It then returned to Greenham Common and later that day pulled a glider to Normandy to reinforce the 82nd Airborne Division. Later it evacuated wounded from France, took part in Operation Market Garden, flew supplies to Bastogne, took part in Operation Varsity, before returning to the US in 1945. It passed through the hands of several private owners, is rumoured to have flwon for the CIA, and was restored as an AC-47 gunship by the Aero heritage Museum in 2004.. In 2008 it went to Basler for conversion to a turboprop BT-67, when somebody recognised the significance of this aircraft. A kickstarter campaign secured the purchase by the Commemorative Air Force, who are planning to restore her to her D-Day configuration. This is the livery repainted by use of the Paintkit which was made by David Rawlins. The "zip" file contained texture files only and to be used with the AI Aardvark MD-8X Base Model available separately: (aia_md8x.zip).
Far Eastern Air Transport was ever the biggest domestic airlines in Taiwan. The company was forced to shup down operations due bankrupt in May, 2008. After three years effort, the company was restructured and restarted its services on April 18, 2011. Currently, the company got four MD-82, four MD-83 and two B757-200. However only 3 of them got the certification to operated which were B-28025, B-28027 and B-28035. I made this B-28011 was because this was the last one with a special colour on its MD fleet. The livery was sponsored by TransAsia Telecommunication company. Although the contract was ended several years ago but the livery wasn't changed till now. This Airplane was still grounded on Song-Shan Airport(RCSS).
