Transparent cabin windows, full nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening passenger door, boarding steps and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridwales. Repaint by Mark Beaumont, based on Jan Visser's original textures.

Douglas DC-3 Photo Surround Panel

File Description:
If you are tired of drooling over the FS2004 DC-3 Panel bitmap, but don't have the considerable computing power that program requires, here is a DC-3 panel that uses the FS2004 bitmap, with gauges for FS2002. Gauges are in appropriate places, are huge, like in FS2004, and the panel gets very high frame rates. With gauges by Arne Bartels, Kevin Trinkle and James Underwood, the panel also uses the very best of aviation photography. The big, aluminal wings were sharply shot by Thomas Andre Hjelman and the beautiful engines by George Canciani. The cabin was taken by Ben Wang, and is populated by 30s celebs, like Garbo, Bogart and Bacall, Cooper, Lamarr, and more. Authentic Douglas yoke by Mike of AirNikon. Everything is on the main panel, except for the default Garmin GPS, and the default Radio Stack. Altogether, some great photographers have made this Val-U-Prop panel very realistic.

File Description:
BOAC Douglas DC-3(C-47A-1-DK or Dakota III)G-AGIU, C/N 12096, ex USAAF 42-92310, another Oklahoma City produced plane,in service with the RAF as FZ561, BOAC and after with BEA named "Edward Busk". Latter with Air Mali as TZ-ABB. BOAC Dakota's fleet operated with main operation center at Whitchurch, near Bristol.In WWII time destinations were Sweden,Eire and Portugal(civilian destinations) and Cairo,Karachi as military destinations.

File Description:
These files are a recommended upgrade for the following repaints of Jan Visser's aircraft by Mark Beaumont: C-47 41-18385 (1942), C-47 Dakota RAF (2), AA 'Flagship Knoxville', Air Queensland VH-MAL, Bush Pilots Airways VH-MAL, Air Viet Nam, Airlines of NSW VH-ANR, Ansett MAL VH-MAL, Ansett PNG VH-MAL, Bahamas Airways, BBA VH-BAB, BOAC G-AGHE, Cathay Pacific 'Betsy' (3 variants), Cathay Pacific 'Nikki', Dan-Air G-AMPP, Delta Air Lines 'Ship 41', Lambair, Swiss Air Lines. Includes a more appropriate airfile (a Visser original, upgraded for FS2002) and modified AIRCRAFT.CFG file for all versions. Any further repaints will ship with these new files. Douglas DC-3 Buffalo Airways (2)

File Description:
Two Buffalo Airways DC-3s accurately rendered in cargo and passenger versions, with dedicated DC-3 panel. Both these aircraft are in service today, operating out of Hay River and Yellowknife, Canada. C-GPNR was acquired in October of 1980 and is Buffalo's most commonly used DC-3 for scheduled freight service. The distinctive C-GWIR joined the fleet in 1981. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, these models include transparent cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening cargo doors/pax door, boarding ladder, cargo both inside and outside the aircraft (freight version) and other details. Flight Dynamics are by Erik Ellis, Jan Visser, Roy Chaffin, Ian Ropper, & Bill Rambow. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridmore. Paintwork and Buffalo Airways panel by Mark Beaumont.
