Model design by Andy Warden, flight dynamics by Peter Binamira, base textures by Demetris Themistocleous and Alessandro Savarese, paint by Demetris Themistocleous. This A340 came via Kazakhstan and Chad to Syrianair and is their first A340. Since the Syrian civil war many
sanctions and also an embargo issued against Syria. So the way to get new planes getting more and more complicated. Its planned to use this aircraft on routes between Damascus and China, Brazil, Russia and India. The A340-300 is for the payware (CLS) Commercial Level Simulations A330/A340 bundle. Tested in FS2004.

These paints require the HTAI Cessna 206 Stationair, included in the payware HTAI Cessnas package (2 paints); and HTAI Cessna 404 Titan and Britten-Norman BN2 Islander, and the Piper PA31-325 Navajo by Dee Waldron, (2 paints of each) all available via htaimodels.com

Repaint only for AirAsia X newest member, an Airbus A340-300, named 'Xcalibur' (correct name, also with correct winglets and signature and other details), which will operate the route Kuala Lumpur - London Stansted beginning march 09. Flightplans for this route according to XAX website are included. Base model and paintkit by 'The Fruit Stand' gang, available seperately. This FSX repaint depicts how the new 747-8i variant would appear in the current SAS Scandinavian Airlines livery.
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paint kit and features DDS DXT5 textures and includes custom fuselage and tail night lighting with increased illumination and custom cockpit views.
PMDG 747-400X for FSX and 747-8i/8F add-on packages are BOTH required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.
