| Komakuk Beach & Storm Hills DEW sites in Yukon and Northwest Territories, Canada |

These are DEW line sites in northern mainland Canada, to the west of Tuktoyaktuk.
Komakuk Beach CWKB is not included in FS9 and is in the Yukon, only 20 miles from the Alaska border. It is, as the name suggests, close to the sea, and the gravel runway 3,600' by 125' has its western end almost on the beach.
There is no lighting and no signage and the airfield is officially listed as closed, but in fact is used during the annual maintenance and refuelling of the automated NWS (North Warning Station) close by and for any unscheduled servicing. This replaced the previous much older DEW station that was manned year round and had a lot more buildings.
Storm Hills CWSH is in the Northwest Territories, 43 miles south-southwest of Tuktoyaktuk, up on higher land at 810 feet ASL. The NWS (there was no previous DEW station at this site) is serviced by helicopter from Tuktoyaktuk and has a gravel landing pad on the north side of the station. It will show on a gps and it is 5 miles west of the distinctively shaped and large Parsons Lake. This too was not in FS9.

An original repaint of the Carenado EMB505 Phenom 300 for FSX, P3D or FSX:Steam. This one is the first to have an all gray tail, gray wings top and bottom, with a white fuselage and a couple of accent stripes. This is not a copy or meant to represent an existing model flying someplane in the world. I just think we need a conservative repaint and I like the gray colors.
You will need a payware copy of the Carenado EMB505 HD Phenom 300 for FSX, P3D, or FSX:Steam installed in order to use this repaint.

FS2004 Curtiss C46 VC And Failure Model, v2. For the C46 Curtiss Commando aircraft by Libardo Guzman Garcia, Greg Pepper, and Tom Gibson (GAC46V2.ZIP). This is my Version 2 and it supersedes my previous uploads (c46bflvc.zip, c46bflfix.zip, c46bfl_up.zip). It adds a virtual cockpit similar to the Buffalo Airways C46 cockpit as well as pilot induced and random failures/damages through gauges originally developed by Charles Owens for the DC3C (most failures) and by Robert Graf (carburetor icing and oil consumption) for the DC-6. These gentlemen together with Gunter Tesons RealEngine_v14 have really made flying piston aircraft a lot more interesting. The frequency of random failures can be adjusted between "never" and "certain" but you always have to watch the engine limitations, carburetor icing, and oil consumption.
Further gauges by other authors are used or have been modified or have been developed by me. Version 2 increases the number of failures (engine, fire, leaks, systems, equipment, instruments), and introduces an improved upper overhead panel, an abbreviated interactive checklist on the panel, and reduced braking in rain, snow and freezing rain. Version 1 is not required for Version 2. See the C46BFL ReadMe V2.txt for further details and credits. "TomProps" v1.5 Red, White, and Blue Tips. FSX varying transparency propeller texture 10-packs with red, white, and blue tipped prop blades. These are freeware FSX prop textures that work in FS2004 as well. Enclosed are two 10-packs... one in Bitmap format, the other in DDS format, so you can use whichever format you prefer. Each 10-pack contains 10 identical red, white, and blue tipped propeller textures, each one varying in transparency, with #1 being the most transparent and #10 being the least transparent. I prefer the mid-range transparencies of #3 thru #5, but that's just me. As in real life, there are no
visible prop blades fluttering around to give you vertigo and seizures. I place no restrictions on these prop textures... anybody may use them for any reason they please. By Tom Tiedman.

File Description:
Since the end of March 2016 the fleet of Vliegclub Flevo changed. Vliegclub Flevo is based in Lelystad, the biggest GA Airport in the Netherlands.
The PH-VFA is replaced by the G-BJSV. This package contains the old colours of the PH-VFB and PH-VFC and the new livery of the PH-DRT and the G-BJSV.
The real life new livery is designed by me. I've converted the new livery to the A2A Piper Cherokee 180. In real the PH-VFB and the PH-VFC is a Piper PA28-161 Cadet. The G-BJSV is a Piper PA28-161 Arrow II and the PH-DRT is a PA28-181 Archer II. The textures have been tested with FSX only and are only made for the A2A Piper PA28-180 Cherokee.
As option you can change the A2A Cherokee Panel IAS indicator from Statute Miles to Nautical Miles.

A321 FD-FMC is a freeware FMC project, only for FSX and P3D, based on Project Airbus A321 aircraft with enhanced VC, which provide real vertical navigation feature and all Airbus autopilot advanced modes (all knobs like real Airbus : Push-pull). FD-FMC has a unrealistic interface, to be easy to use, but it offers true vertical navigation in N1 mode with adaptive pitch control. Aircraft pack include an airport database (more than 200 airports) and new airports procedure files are created each month and can be downloaded. This database include real SID, STAR and approach procedures. FD-FMC manages altitude and speed constraint, holding pattern, DME-ARC, ILS/LOC/RNAV approaches, autolanding, LOC back course mode, multiple gradient approaches. You can set easily all performance in FMC pages, for Take off, climb, descent and approach. VC fully functional, with all system (Bleeds system, fuel system, Fly by wire). All switches working. ND with Radar terrain (TAWS) and basic TCAS (traffic). All real airbus autopilot mode works and reported on the PFD's FMA : THR CLB, CB, SRS, DES THR IDLE, etc ......Flight can be saved (update automatically FSX flight plan file) and all FMC data are saved.
Flight begin in cold and Dark; Real Start engine procedure.....Please, read the install manual and user manual English and French). A very advanced Airbus panel. FD-FMC is copyright Francois Dore.
