The 2006 Maine Military AI Aircraft and Airbases

File Description:
The NorthEastern USA Military AI Aircraft and Airbase Collection Part 1: 2006 Maine Military AI Aircraft and Airbases package is the first in a series of complete Military AI packages that will cover all the currently active military aviation units in the New England states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island along with New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This first package includes represenative AI fixed and rotary wing aircraft for all the military aviation units currently operating in the state of Maine, AFCADs for Bangor International Airport (KBGR) and Naval Air Station Brunswick (KNHZ) and novel and unique demonstration flightplans utilizing all of the above. Complete AI versions or conversions of such aircraft as the USN P-3C, USNR C-130T, USN SH-60B, USN HH-1N, ME ANG KC-135E, ME ARNG UH-60A, ME ARNG/CD RAID OH-58R, OSACOM C-12D and VT ANG F-16C (refueling flight conversion) are included. My thanks to John Young for the use of a modification of his excellent KBGR scenery version 3 and to Henry Tomkiewicz, Mike Stone, Jordan Moore, Owen Hewitt and Rok Dolonec for the use of their excellent aircraft models. Quonset State Airport (KOQU) and Sea Plane Base

File Description:
TerraModels Scenery Development System by Allen Kriesman was used to create the scenery for Quonset State Airport (KOQU) and Sea Plane Base - North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Biber Salsa and Steves models were also used to create this scenery. The taxiways were added using the program by Peter Jacobson.

RAF-AVIA Saab340B 'YL-RAG' and 'YL-RAH'

File Description:
This packet includes my repaints "Saab340B RAF-AVIA YL-RAG and YL-RAH". I use layered paintkit (and new base textures) by Tony Fosler. RAF-AVIA, based in Riga, Latvia, has decided to acquire a Saab 340A Cargo (YL-RAH, YL-RAG) aircraft from Saab Aircraft Leasing. The aircraft will be used by RAF-AVIA for contract work in Europe starting in August. RAF-AVIA started their Cargo operation in 1990. Their current fleet consists of 5 Antonov An-26B (YL-RAA,RAB, RAC, RAD, RAE) for Cargo operations and one An-74 (YL-RAF)for passenger charters. The An-26Bs are currently operated for contract work for some of the global integrators across Europe. RAF-AVIA also uses the type on cargo ad-hoc basis and for various mail contracts.
