Alaska Bush Scenery: Stony River Bend & Old Stony

File Description:
Here's your big chance to take-off and land using a curved airstrip. Stony River Bend is located just west of Merrill Pass, very close to Tom Fica's cabin at Two Lakes (part of his 'Merrill Pass' scenery add-on). The bumpy dirt runway - becoming slightly overgrown and prone to waterlogging - is marked out with wooden posts (lit at night) and presents a unique challenge: one that I haven't really sorted out just yet! There's a small settlement just up a log-lined trail from the airfield with a gravel service track connecting with a basic NDB/DME facility to help out with night or low visibility approaches. Although Stony River Bend is fictional, it has been based loosely on a real life runway at Elk City in Idaho. Three miles downstream is another simple backwoods strip called Old Stony - the narrow gravel runway here is conventional, but it's probably in an even worse state of repair. Designed for use with Eddie Denney's FS2002 mesh of Alaska, but the scenery is usable without it.

Hey , here is the AIR NEWZELAND plane file , just download it and try it in FGFS , see what have been changed with the new paints . Every guys here can do this job ig you have SGIformat Plug-in for PhotoShop installed , you will easily import , edit and export .rgb file format in P.S. , the .rgb filr format ( PBimage ) are used in all the textures in FGSF , so the 747`s too . In doing this paint , i have used a REAL PHOTO based , it means all the parts from new 747 in all from one REAL PHOTO liverly , it dosn`t a draw image but pretty REAL textures , Using a little Photoshop skills to added them together to be a paint , High detail , High quaritty , High liverly and pretty Real . I think you`ll love it , Thanks . Air Viking Vanguard 952 TF-AVA

File Description:
The ex Air Canada Vanguards acquired by Air Holdings were flown by many airlines in the early days. Many of them were only for a short time as startup airlines took them on with high hopes only to fail or change direction. Air Viking was one of two Icelandic airlines leasing Vanguards in 1970-71. Operating this single Vanguard from a base in Keflavik it flew to many destinations even flying as far as the Canary Islands. Delivered in June 1970 it was repossessed by Air Holding when the airline failed in December of that year. This particular machine came of note when, as CF-TKD it flew the first TCA Westbound flight on 01 February 1961 and again when flying for Invicta as G-AXOY it made the last ever UK passenger Vanguard flight flying a Luton-Luton charter on 26 October 1975. Sold to EAS as F-BXOH it did not enter service but was stored as a spares source at Perpignan. Requires the FSDS Vanguard model by Rick Piper.

Fly By utility v2.0

File Description:
FS2004 Fly By v2.0. This utility enables fly by view when FS is in tower view mode. New: AI aircraft fly by view is now available. AI aircraft can be selected from the list and shown in fly by or spot plane view. Next/previous AI aircraft can also be selected with the key commands. Cycle AI aircraft fly by / spot plane view is available too. Random options for horizontal (left-right) and vertical (up-down) viewpoint positions are added. There are two types of random: with constant and variable distance to the plane. Parameters range now can be assigned. Therefore fly by period, relative lateral and altitude positions can be increased significantly. Utility is provided with the keyboard commands. Limitation of Functionality: For user aircraft it is full-functional version which does not require any registration. AI aircraft options are time-limited for the unregistered version of utility. Every time FS starts, you have one minute summary to select and view AI aircraft fly by. By Valery Stenin.

Rubys Raiders Boeing B-17G

File Description:
This is a repaint (textures only) for the Donationware B-17G Late from FighterTown Design Group. You can get it here for a great price!! www.donationware.net Thank you FDG for providing this great plane!! Special thanks go to Jarink, who is a repainter in IL-2/PF. Jarink was kind enough to send me his layered photoshop files of the Noseart that I used for these repaints. I also used his repaints as a guide for my repaints. This texture represents "Ruby's Raiders" one of the B-17G Flying Fortresses of the 385th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force.The B-17G started seeing action with the 385th in November, 1943 and continued until the end of the war. The Checkerboard group markings on the tail were adopted in February, 1945. "Ruby's Raiders" was named after Cpl Ruby Newell, a WAAC serving in the UK. She was the winner of a WAAC beauty contest and her likeness was painted on the plane by Cpl Ploss of the 385th. Assigned to the 550th Squadron. This aircraft returned to the USA.

This is a DXT3 photoreal repaint of the Wilco A320 IAE Airbus that comes with the payware Wilco Airbus collection, Vol 1, Deluxe Edition.This repaint is based on the real life A320 IAE XL Airways Germany, registration number D-AXLA. Just XL Airways Germany and France still operating. Wilco Feelthere Vol 1, Deluxe Edition 320 IAE is necessary to use this Repaint. Livery works with FS9. THIS FILE IS ONLY ONE UPDATE. NEED THE BASE REPAINT (xl_airways_germany_daxla.zip). Hope you enjoy it. ****NOTE: XL-Airways-Germany and exactly the rePaint I made (D-AXLA), never existed in real-life. This Aircraft crashed on 27.Nov.08 on a post-maintenance test flight into the Mediterranean Sea east of the French city of Perpignan, The aircraft was leased to XL Airways Germany by Air New Zealand, and had been repainted with Air New Zealand's livery in preparation for its return to Air New Zealand the following week. I will be creating a new repaint for this aircraft in the future.****

PIA 777-240ER AP-BGK New Livery

File Description:
Pakistan International Airlines B777-240ER v2, registration AP-BGK, utilizing Project Open Sky 777-200 v2 model. It wears PIA's new livery, which will now be re-introduced to the entire PIA fleet in place of the provincial tail designs. While the basic livery remains the same, there is a golden stripe now under the green one, and the tail wears a large version of the Pakistani flag. The engine casings have the Urdu PIA logo on them. Part of the livery was to have 'PAKISTAN' written on the belly, but this aircraft does not have that yet and so it has not been added to the repaint to keep it as close as possible to the real thing. Features full POSKY virtual cockpit, with latest updates and custom sound. Contains ground service vehicles, tow truck, catering trucks, stairs, luggage loaders and containers custom painted in standard PIA colors. Updated .mdl and FDE. Complete pack, requires no external downloads. Textures in high quality 32 bit format. Repaint by Irfan Khan, Abdullah Rahman and Ahmed Ahsen exclusively from Virtual PIA.

Aegean Airlines Summer 2010

File Description: Aegean Airlines is the leading airline in Greece. They have been cooperating very closely with Olympic Air lately and a merger might take place in the near future. If this happens, the Aegean brand will disappear in favor of the Olympic one. Agean Airlines recently joined the Star Alliance hence the first logojet.They operate an extensive network of domestic flights as well as a good range of European services. Besides their scheduled flights, Aegean Airlines operate quite a few charter flights on behalf of various tour operators, main summer charter destinations being France and Italy, but also Romania and Russia. This is the las flightplan with the ATRs as they will be returned to lessor at the end of the season.The RJ-100s are also being phased out progressively. Two have already left the fleet. Aegean will soon be an all-A32X operator. Data was taken from various airport sites, OAG, Amadeus and cross-checked with info from Libhomeradar in order to get the right aircraft operate the right schedule.Flightplans are 99.9% realistic for the concerned period. Scheduled, charter and positioning flights included.
