PMDG SIDSTARS Los Angeles Intl (KLAX)

File Description:
Procedures based on FAA Digital Terminal Procedures and Digital Aeronautical Information CDROM current for Cycle 0702 (15Feb-15Mar). This is a major redo of the KLAX I have provided for most of the past year; changes include STARS are now enumerated by landing runway instead of selecting the STAR-to-ILS transition from the approach transition menu. This provides a uniform method that is the same as the other locations included in my collection. The other major change is I have separate departure procedures for most SIDs providing either "as-published" with ATC vectors required or a NOATC derivative that provides realistic departures from each applicable runway. All turbojet procedures are included and all approaches. The text header of the procedures file contains detail information regarding each procedure and use.

Cessna 414A Pressurized Business Twin

File Description:
The Cessna 414A is a 6-8 place pressurized twin used mainly by businesses. It has an 8,000 ft cabin at 23,000 ft. The pressurization allows you to fly the plane at 25,000 ft at 225 knots making climbs and descents at much higher rates than in unpressurized aircraft. This aircraft is very easy to fly although it is fully realistic regarding power settings, climb rates, cruise speeds and stall speeds. Stall speed is 72 KIAS so you can land it at a about 90 KIAS. The modern panel includes a PFD and an MFD/GPS with digital xml gauges by the author. A cabin altitude gauge is a guide to managing your descent from high altitude. This original model, the flight dynamics and the digital panel are by Tom Goodrick using Abacus' FSDSII Pro.

File Description: This scenery is ONLY compatible with Portugal Terrain from PTSIM (http://www.ptsim.com) and is based on digital pictures taken at the place, accurate real measures by Aerodromos de Portugal (http://www.pelicano.com.pt/zmapa.html). Although certified for ULM, this airfield have no ICAO so I gave it the fake LPOB. Freeware. For Microsoft FS2004. NOT tested for FSX.

BENAVENTE AIRFIELD V1. This certificate aerodrome for ULM's has no published ICAO assigned, so for ease of flight simulation, I've gave it the fake LPBV and is to be used with freeware PTTerrain of PTSIM (http://www.ptsim.com); digital photos taken at the place that have been applied to buildings and other equipment. Freeware for FS9. Not tested for FSX.
