It includes corrected aprons, ramps, gates, taxiways, lighting system, city buildings, the new runway/airport under construction south of the current airfield location, ortho-photoscenery for the airfield area, and (XP11 only) airport ground services (like push back). This scenery was tested and is operational (as of April 22, 2017) in "X-Plane 11.00 RC #1 64 bit", Windows 10 Home. It was also tested and is also operational (as of April 22, 2017) in "X-Plane 10.51 64 bit", Windows 10 Home. Only the default X-Plane 11 libraries, by Laminar Research, are needed. No third party libraries are used.

These are the complete Winter 2014-2015 flight plans for BA Cityflyer.
I have used the actual real-world rotations and flight times for the week 26 October-1 November 2014, meaning that you also get real-world delays, cancellations and weather diversions to Gatwick and Southend. These are all very typical of winter operations at City Airport. I have made a few changes to make it all work in a one-week pattern.
BA Cityflyer has taken delivery of a couple of additional Embraer 190s, so it is down to a single wetlease, operating to the Isle of Man. I enclose a repaint of G-CERZ, but you can use G-CDEB instead, if you prefer. G-CDEB has since gone back into service.
