The 3DPeople_LIB was created by David Marshall for X-Plane. Sadly David passed away in March this year. A big loss for the FS community. So i couldn't ask him for permission. But he gave permission to Wolfgang Allers for conversion to FSX in 2015. So i think the upload would have found his aproval. The original readme file of David for the X-Plane version is included.
