Tips and Tricks - Number 7. This issue contains some VERY important information for anyone who "collects" scenery as well as an explanation of an error message we see from time to time. For anyone wanting to learn more about the use of "mesh", an excellent resource link is listed. An assortment of other tips, tricks and recommendations are included as usual - a little something for everyone. Some of these items have come from readers of this series and I thank them all. You will also find links to several unique sites that I believe you will find of value. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall. --

The company operates scheduled services from Cairns to Aurukun, Coen, Cooktown, Karumba, Lockhart River, Townsville and Yorke Island with a connection to Horn Island.

In its many variants, it is one of the most widely recognized helicopters in the world. Thanks to Mr. Jordan Moore of Hovercontrol.com for granting permission to release this AI version of his excellent model. AI Helicopter configuration files by Holger Sandmann and Doug Callihan. Newport, Oregon - KONP. A conservative enhancement of the Newport, Oregon airport which lies some 130 miles Southwest of Portland, Oregon. Featured is an AI U.S. Coast Guard Helicopter (included in the package) making training and reconnaissance flights over and around the area. Also included is a new bridge allowing the fishing fleet access to and from the bay. Tillamook, which is just North of Newport, is famous for it's cheese but you will find much more to enjoy on this portion of the Oregon coastline. Default, RWY12 and EZ scenery objects were used in this project. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the easy installation instructions. Compiled for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

Operation Khana Cascade repaint. Operation Khana Cascade was the biggest airlift since Berlin, RAF Hercules transports of 46 Group drop some 2,000 tons of grain, maize and rice to Himalayan villagers in Nepal. This was also the first paint scheme worn by RAF Hercules since delivery. This repaint requires Captains Sims Legendary C130 Packageand is fully ACE compliant.
